Really friendly, even got a free gift thank you

We have been looking forward a company that would provide us with a trustworthy quotation, without sales pressure. Likewise, in spending a considerable amount of money, we needed to take a considered, no obligation and pressure approach to such a large investment.
From our initial first contact, to present, we cannot speak more highly of the level of service and customer care experienced. We have - and continue to work closely with Mr Jay Riley - Worcester Wickes Design Consultant. Jay has been outstanding in both his commitment to customer service, and outstanding support in both getting the design of our bathroom and seeking solutions to challenges in getting this project, exactly to our specific request. Jay gives his time generously and his continued approach goes over and above anything we have experienced in terms of quality of service elsewhere. Jay is a credit to the Wickes brand and to the company as a whole. We have felt in safe hands throughout the planning and ongoing management of our bathroom design and would happily recommend his stewardship and care to future customers looking towards purchasing a new bathroom. The whole experience so far has been brilliant. Met with our consultant Jay who listen and ran with all ideas, offered solutions, alterantives, practicalities and worked with us to design a kitchen and utility room which will look amazing.
Cherry picked the contractor for us based on previous project who will build the vision.
Jay is very detail orientated and hugely passionate about getting it right but happy to tweak where and when needed as the design process progressed.

I arranged a home visit from Wickes in Worcester to discuss my options for a new kitchen. Jay Riley (Design Consultant) conducted the visit, he listened to my requirements and wish lists, and made sure he understood the budget range I had available. After taking the required measurements of the space we arranged an in store appointment the following week.
I was delighted with the initial computerised drawings Jay had created, his experience in design was key in steering me through the process of personalising the kitchen, exploring colours and textures and working through all the necessary extras and finally choosing the finishing touches.
I changed my mind a number of times during the process but nothing was too much trouble and I didn’t feel rushed at any point.
Jay made the whole experience very enjoyable and he couldn’t have been more helpful - a true professional.
I came away a very happy customer and now look forward to having the kitchen fitted.
As an aside, I did bring my elderly mother and two sisters to the appointment, and Jay made us all very welcome 😊

DO NOT USE WICKES for a bathroom installation. You keep asking me for more information and when i send it over, for about the 6th time, you do absolutely NOTHING about it, wriggling and worming your way out of supplying the bathroom that i paid a lot of money for . You've had my money and now you couldn't care less. DO NOT USE WICKES FOR A NEW BATHROOM INSTALLATION, I PROMISE THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I just wish I'd read the reviews before we went ahead with our installation. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I promise that you will regret it. I wish I could add photos and videos to show the poor quality of the fixture, fittings and finish.

We visited Wickes to look for a new Kitchen and were welcomed by Jay who was so friendly and knowledgeable. We then made an appointment for a bespoke design that Jay took care of and he was so patient and attentive to all our needs, and listened to all our requirements, he made the whole experiance so effortless. Thank you so much Jay for doing such a great job, I hope your manager realises what a star you are! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a kitchen or bathroom to give Jay a visit.

Excellent service from Katie from the start. Went into wicks with my kitchen plan and Katie tweaked it a little, made it all fit together and brought it to life. Would highly recommend , she has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

1 star because I can’t go any lower I started my bathroom installation back in November we are now in January and it still is not even close to being finished. I ordered one item and they kept losing it or something like that I was given the run around with phoning being told they would phone back but never would there customer service is an absolute joke never buy anything from wickes they have no idea what they are doing

Katie Griffiths was our design consultant, we spent 90 mins with her and she explained every thing that we could and couldn't do with our kitchen design. we looked at a number of counter tops as well as other design options and colour chooses. as the deign developed she would explain what was happening. she would show us options on appliances, and never with a hard sell
