Ordered a pair of gloves online on 14/12. Advised estimated delivery would be 18/12 latest. Its now 22/12 and Evri still saying the gloves are in their depot awaiting delivery.
Despite it being common knowledge that Evri have been an unmitigated disaster this Christmas, Wiggle plough ahead and try to ship products with them. May as well just throw them in the bin themselves and cut out the middle man.
Terrible Customer Sevice
I ordered an item and was told it wouldn’t be delivered for a couple weeks. When I told them I needed to cancel it because I would be gone for the Winter they said it was too late to cancel. You had to do it within 6 hrs. I then tried to call and email them over three days to change the address and they never responded. They shipped it anyway. Terrible customer service!
Feedback on Sale and International Shipping Options
I was really pleased with the generous discounts in the sale and delighted with my purchases. I’m also grateful that international shipping is available. The only drawback is the cost. It would be even better if there were two shipping options to choose from: a faster delivery at a higher price and a slower delivery at a lower price.

Use a delivery company other than Evri. Parcel still not arrived, latest delivery date should have been Saturday 13th December. Replacement sent, Evri tracking app does not work, still no date as to when my order will arrive
Don’t use Wiggle any more, returns too difficult
Your website determinedly refuses to give any details on how to contact you. It will not download a returns form. The info you give on returns is inadequate, slightly antagonistic, and frankly, I don’t trust that I would get a refund if I just send the item back. One of my orders is fine, the other is much too small, but it looks like I’m stuck with it. I have the legal right to return items, but you have done everything you can to make returning items too difficult. We used to order a lot from Wiggle, but never again.
Crappy socks from Sports Direct !
My wife and I used to buy from Wiggle all the time, but haven't shopped with them for a while, since their liquidation problems. I returned to them and I bought 4 pairs of Merino walking socks from them two weeks ago. They arrived from Sports Direct, which wasn't apparent on the Wiggle website (I don't buy from Sports Direct as their products tend to be so low quality). They have started to wear thin at the heels already after only 2 walks in them ! The website doesn't allow customers to leave product reviews anymore so I can't warn people off these socks. Their "returns form" link takes you nowhere and the "contact us" link just take you to a page of FAQs. They've gone from been a great supplier to no good at all !

Poor customer support
Poor customer support. My order didn’t turn up. Took ages on the web chat to speak to a human. Human was rude and didn’t care that my order hadn’t arrived. Told me it was lost in the warehouse. Now I’m waiting on a replacement which is going to take at least a week to arrive. All just a hassle. Next time I’ll order elsewhere.

Awful returns 'process'
Ordering on the website is okay. But woe betide if you want to return anything.
- no instructions in the parcel.
- there is supposedly a form on the website, the link goes nowhere.
- there is a returns address but no instructions on what paperwork to include to ensure you get a refund.
- if you've bought something from a third party you have to send it somewhere else but they can't tell you if it's from a third party, you have to go through your emails and see if it's a different type of invoice (this is ridiculous).
- there is no customer service telephone number to be found anywhere.
- I googled an email address and eventually I found customerservice at wiggle dot com I wasn't expecting a response but I did actually get one, surprising.
- the advisor basically told me to write a note to put in the parcel and send it back (at my own expense)
Wiggle used to be pretty good but they're under new ownership who will run it into the ground. I probably won't use them again because it's been incredibly frustrating. I will have to see if I get my refund.
