Poor service

Having purchased an item that was the wrong size, I have now purchased the correct size. I find it unprofessional that Wiggle require me to pay to return the item and don’t facilitate a free pick up and return like other brands do.

Their customer service speaks volumes as does Wiggle’s lack of.

Product quality and value

Product quality and value , excellent, advised by medical staff to get back on the bike to help may failing knee's and hips. New shoes and shorts are helping with the comfort. I ride a 1996 KHS Ti no springs. Very lite , very rapid, even with a fat old bloke on it. If the delivery time was quicker it would be 5 stars.

Having last purchased from wiggle…

Having last purchased from wiggle several years ago I was alarmed as soon as I saw Fraserplus ( sports direct) on the packaging. Customer service may as well be robots, for the price of the goods I am not willing to risk throwing good money after bad by paying for return of faulty goods. Avoid

Appalling

Appalling - avoid like the plague. I used to shop at wiggle and they used to be great, but my experience with them has been nothing less than terrible.

I purchased a helmet from them and paid for express delivery as I needed a helmet before I went on holiday. The package arrived the next day but not only was it the wrong helmet but it was terribly packaged.

I raised this with their chat bot and they said they would raise it with their relevant team.. I heard nothing so I chased them via email until I got a response. They advised me to return it, but even though they had sent me the wrong item, I would have to pay more for the wrong item to be sent back for a refund and refused to refund me for the express delivery!

After much to-ing and fro-ing they finally capitulated and gave me a free return which I did promptly. It’s now been weeks since I sent it back and no refund has been forthcoming and I’m now disputing it with my credit card provider. These people deserve to be shut down

The product is too small and the…

The product is too small and the returns process is the complex I have ever seen. I question of motives of a company that makes returns this difficult. I will never buy from wiggle online again.

poor customer services

I ordered a wheel set from Wiggle in early June. They sent only the front wheel. Contacted customer services straight away, 10 days and 5 emails later no resolution, not even close. Good products & price...terrible customer services

Thank you Wiggle cycles for delivering my parcels in super quick time after I placed my order online, I would say you went above and beyond processing my order and delivering my order in the whole process in less than a week start to finish. Thank you I am a very happy customer who shall be returning.
