dissapointed with Wiggle UK......
I’ve previously been very happy with Wiggle UK service (in that I’ve never had to contact them re. a problem with product / delivery) which is why I continue to place further orders.
This time I have needed to contact them to report unacceptably slow (non) delivery of a 25 Jan order to SW France…… and I find a very different Wiggle, more of a slow WRIGGLE, with tardy and inadequate predictable 2015 “blahblahblah /empty apology/ if there’s anything else we can help you with” copy/paste response.
Really a “you’re on yer own pal ……… delivery nothing to do with us guv”.
Looking at the 5 star reviews and the 1 star reviews on here, one wonders whether the people at Wriggle are too busy stuffing jelly-babies into boxes in order to elevate their ratings whilst neglecting to address the occasions when something does go wrong.
Very disappointed.
Incidentally, I also ordered some bits – not listed by Wiggle - from BikeDiscount (Deutschland) on 25 Jan. These arrived nine days ago (28 Jan).
Nothing to say
All is perfect, all in time, quality and conformity of the produtcs are respected.
Not enough instructions
The bike was delivered quickly and very well packed (box damaged though). There were not enough bike specific instructions for mounting the dérailleur etc and so this proved very difficult.

size problem
Depending on the mark, I can be 28" waste, or 30" or 32".
It would be nice to have additional information in the size charts (eg based on customer feedback) to indicate whether the manufacturer
Flawless experience
The shipping was good and quick. The bike was well protected. There was a helpful notice included.

Quick delivery, good packaging, good prices
I bought two bikes and they were very well protected by the packaging in which they arrived. Mostly they were set up well, though one cable needed to be disconnected and re-routed before the handlbars could be fitted. Fairly simple to set up but some experience with bikes is needed, ideally.

Do you remember the first time...
An Englishman in France. Ordered lights and some Crud mudguards. Fitted following Crud's video clips and it's all perfect. Lights look excellent. Charged them at work and just wating for the sun to go down now...

Easy, quick and cheap
First time I purchased something on wiggle. The parcel arrived on time with some sweets inside. Good price, good service. Will buy again on this website.
A good wetsuit,slips through the water,comfortable and warm.
Good value for money, easy to slip on but difficult to zip up, leaves freedom of movement.
The only draw back, I find the size a little too small, a very tight fit. I weigh 73 kgs,measure 1m 86cm tall and 104cms round the chest, I looked at your guide and chose size 8. I can't image someone weighing 89kgs fitting into that size as your guide says.At first I felt a slight strangling effect round the neck and compression on the chest which eased off once in the water.I used the suit for the Defi Monté Cristo race 1klm and was placed 39th in the catorgary without flippers so I'm quite pleased as I'm now 65 years old.
Fast service, but packing a little light.
Just to say the service provided was fast and efficient but the carton used wasn't really solid enough because it arrived damaged in one corner. Perhaps the fact that the products ordered, a U lock and saddle were moving around inside the box didn't help the solidity of the carton. In any case all goods were received in one piece. If the product had been electronic I may have refused delivery. The reception note was signed with the mention carton damaged. I should say that due to amount of my order delivery was free. Perhaps next time I should ask and pay for better packing.
