So I purchased a hope head doctor top cap. Said item did not include the bolt; thinking "eh probably my old bolt will fit", it did not occur to me that it would not fit. Turns out the top cap needs a propietary bolt. Returning the item (even if it was cheap) was out of the question, it would have been more expensive in the end.

Regarding the shipping, there was no way at all of tracking the purchased products. Other places like bikester and CRC, offer said services for free.

All in all, it was ok, but would have to think it twice in order to recommend wiggle over CRC, for example.

Very happy with the service, my first order with Wiggle was for a Sci Con bike bag and it whole ordering process was effortless and the delivery to Malta was very cheap and considering the bulk very fast delivery within a week. Also shopped around for this item and Wiggle had the most competitive pricing.

Ovantsående pris-löfte gäller tydligen "bara ibland" enligt de svar jag fått från Wiggle.

Ett klassiskt exempel av falsk marknadsföring. Storvulna löften som i slutändan inte visar sig mycket värda.

Great page with plenty of info. Good prices. Free delivery came with dhl in 10 days ffrom UK to Sweden. Should improve the assembly instructions you get with the bike and also give better info on what components are compatible with each bike.

This is by far the best place to buy your sport gear. Great assortment, great prices and reliable shipping though I wish they used UPS rather than DHL due to DHL's inflexibility and heavy bureaucracy. Minor thing but still...
