After placing an order and then not receiving it I got in touch and problems with the post meant areplacement was needed. This was sent out ASAP and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Where do I start? From the moment we met, they were incredible as they made so much fuss of my 18 month cockapoo, Barney that it really felt like a treat for him. We have quite a lot of difficult finding a harness that fits Barney due to his hybrid breed, which had made him long bodied but thin. The team got to work in measuring him up - after some play and pets which made the experience even more enjoyable for him. He fit into a medium, and I cannot emphasis how good the quality, fit and prices are here. We found them at the Mowgli Dog Show today, and going into the arena, I'd already commented to my husband about how we needed to buy a new K9 harness as I viewed them as the best. After today's experience, I'm sure to be a repeat customer as the quality is simply THAT fantastic, the designs are so beautiful and the customer service is flawless. Even on Leaving the stall, they stated if there were any problems, simply drop them a message and they'll resolve any issue. I'm already popping my.next buys into the check out basket as we speak- couldn't recommend more.

Not received the parcel yet. I hadn't anticipated the review to go live before Wiggle Bum could respond. We have been in communication now, and I am delighted with their handling of the loss of the parcel. Without hesitation a replacement has been sent today and also posted to the new owner of the puppy. So, thank you Wiggle Bum, not only are your puppy bundles fantastic but also your customer service. I really appreciate your efforts to replace the pack and am also MOST impressed with the quality of the goods, as some of my new owners ordered and had them delivered to me, for use on their pups. There is so much adjustment in the harness and collar that they will fit the puppy for some considerable time, and the offer of a half price adult one, when it no longer fits is fabulous, with the code ALLGROWNUP, following purchase of the Puppy Bundle.. So, thank you for everything, rectifying a situation which was beyond your control. (I didn't spot the option to track when ordering, but would advise that it should be taken up.

The website is really easy to use and the products are delivered in a good time. We loved our puppies first harness so much we have come back for more! Would definitely recommend. Product quality is great and the designs ae so funky.

Ordered a Puppy Bundle earlier in the week, it came within 2 days and it's beautiful! Everything feels such good quality, the design is gorgeous too. I sent them a message previous to my order and they were so helpful and quick to get back to me. Can't fault anything about them! :-)

Arrived super fast, lovely product

Purchased a lovely terrazzo jacket for my dog, as soon as it arrived I put it on my dog and went out for a walk, we had a minor error with a slight rip. After speaking to the customer service team I can gladly say that I am very happy with their response and customer service. They have offered to send a new one in replacement- of which I’m very glad as it is a lovely little coat.
