This fraudelent company should not be able to operate. They have charging stations everywhere but their app doesn’t work. You pay and get no service. Door refuses to open. Tried at two different parking lots on different days. And then they ask you for monthly payments on top of it! Their customer service doesn’t respond to claims but they keep sending you invoices and ignore any attempt to contact them.

Stay away at all cost! Giant rip-off

I tried everything with the website, starting and stopping charging, but nothing could get the door open. The number to get assistance was only in French, and by luck and persistence, after an hour I got on the phone with somebody who could remotely reboot the station.

During a tour in cost Azur, I used this app for charging an ev I rented. Charging with wiiiz was a real nightmare!!! I Lost a lot of time and I became very nervous because of this stupid app. The French government should oblige all the Electric companies to accept only credit card and not oblige clients to download apps, buy cards and subscribe contrasts. In addition you pay for the time and not for the kws: this Is really imbelieveble.
