Alte Ware und ein miserabler Kundenservice
Die Fa. Wild & Wild GbR - Wildkaffee Röster verkaufte mir alte bzw. veraltete Ware, ohne darauf hinzuweisen. Meine Bitte um Kulanz hinsichtlich der Rücksendekosten wurde seitens des Händlers abgelehnt: „Wie sie unserer Widerrufsbelehrung entnehmen können, liegen die Kosten bei einer Rücksendung beim Kunden. Ebenfalls weisen wir daraufhin, dass wir nicht mit der aktuellen Version auf unserer Seite werben. Sobald das Gerät bei uns eingetroffen ist, erhalten sie wie bereits mitgeteilt den Kaufpreis sofort zurückerstattet.“
Die versprochene, sofortige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erfolgte nicht. Erst nach acht Tagen und auf meine explizite Nachfrage hin, erhielt ich das Geld zurück.
Meiner aktuellen Erfahrung nach arbeitet die Fa. Wild & Wild GbR - Wildkaffee Röster intransparent, unzuverlässig und ist zudem wenig serviceorientiert bzw. kundenfreundlich.
