Insanely unprofessional and hostile. My items never arrived for months. I reached out and when I did the owner was so rude and then when she did ship the item it was the wrong size. Awful scammy company to deal with.

Each order has exceeded my expectations, I cannot tell you how many compliments I’ve received on different clothing items and my personal favorite purchase of Larry David as a mermaid, proudly hanging in my office.

As far as I know, the owner is a one woman show and is super sweet and responsive and always goes above and beyond. Hello! This is AK the owner of Wild World of AK. I love what I do and I am SO thankful for my wonderful customers. Unfortunately , every once in a while you come across a bad apple on the wrong day. The one star reviewer, Christina C, was a complete nightmare to deal with and I truly hope they steer clear of trying to smear other small businesses. Please note this is a not an accurate reflection of me nor my company, I’ve been around for over 8 years and have had thousands of complementary reviews and love making people fun pieces they will love. This is a one-lady operated small business with everything handmade to order and I believe it was best to stand up for myself in this situation vs taking the silent route. In return ,this customer made this fake trust pilot page of my business. Oy vey.

Do not buy!! You won’t receive your product and when you try to find out where it is, you’ll be harassed.

On November 17th 2022 I purchased sweatpants and a sweatshirt from wild world of ak totaling $164. On the website, it says that this company is owned and operated by one woman who is creating everything by hand and to allow 3-4 weeks to receive your product— totally makes sense!

On December 19th, I still had not received my purchase and the shipping tracker stated that the post office in Rhode Island (where WWOA operates from) has the label but was waiting for the package from the business. I wrote to them inquiring on the ETA and letting them know what info I had. No response.

On February 1st (another month and a half later), I emailed again and sent a DM on IG. No response to either.

On March 4th, I went back to IG where I saw that they had SEEN my message but just chose not to respond. I looked to comment on the posts and comments were limited. This made me think I was not the only one being stolen from. I DM’d her again, saying exactly that. This time, she responded.

First, she acted shocked “what are you talking about,” then immediately lied “you got a full refund GTFO.” I triple-checked to confirm and I had never been refunded. When I told her this she said, “well I’ll do it now then!!!!” She then went to my IG profile, commented on my most recent post, came back to the chat and insulted me, cussed at me, and made excuses without ever owning up to the fact that she had indeed taken my money without ever sending me product.

Listen, I know running a business is so hard, especially by yourself. But creepily peeping my IG and then insulting me for it when I asked where the product I paid $164 for three and a half months ago is scarily unprofessional.

I have checked her tiktok and saw at least one other person comment with a similar problem. My opinion? Save your money and do not buy here. She got big with celebs for a bit and it’s clear that unless you’re famous, she does not respect your money, your time, or you.
