Online Fitness Coach

I used this service on March 11th when responding to a story via Instagram DM to an online fitness coach that I had followed on social media for a number of months. I expressed interest in the service and gave my number to this individual who was very quick to message me via WhatsApp which was surprising given that it was 10pm at night. I explained what my goals were and she said she would be able to help and before I knew it, I was sent the payment link very quickly which took me by surprise because I thought there would be an initial consultation via Zoom to meet face to face to talk in further depth. The responses to my messages were very quick leading me to later realise that this individual was just after my money. I received the fitness and nutrition plan the following day at around 5pm which I thought was very quick considering I had only signed up the previous evening late at night. Off first glance of the fitness and nutrition plan, the recipes were very simple, for example one being banana and yogurt for breakfast (which is very easy to make and I don’t think you can even call this a recipe) and the exercise clips didn’t even feature the individual and looked like it had been taken from YouTube which I believe is without consent. In simple terms, I don’t believe this plan was worth the amount of money I paid. The individual had said she spent a lot of time working on this but it wasn’t apparent on the plan. Prior to signing up, I had seen no terms and conditions and didn’t sign anything to tide me in for the month. I told the individual that I didn’t want to move forward with the month and was told that I wouldn’t be able to get a refund because I had seen the fitness plan. Still to this day I have not seen any terms and conditions despite asking several times to see these. I have been told that the finance team have said no to a refund and when asked why I have just been ignored. I cannot even get a response from the individual after voicing my concerns multiple times with the fitness plan provided. It has been around 3 weeks since I last heard anything despite sending multiple messages I am being ignored. I am at a loss on what to do and feel that leaving this review will hopefully prompt some communication from her end.
