Ordered a bathroom vanity unit from this company after 5 months I noticed there was cracks in the anthracite grey laminate I emailed them asking about a replacement part not the full unit, I was asked did it get wet??? (Bathroom vanity unit which where the cracks are appearing its underneath the sink there’s a good chance it’s going to get wet) anyway I was told they had ordered a replacement part 6 months later I’m still waiting on the part and still waiting on a response to my latest email.
Reading other reviews when there’s a faulty part etc they don’t want to know.

I could not find an option for ZERO stars so have had to leave 1 star. What an awful awful company. Ordered a shower valve but then couldnt contact anyone for all of monday to clarify something. The item was delivered in 3 days but was not the item we ordered. Again could not contact anyone to speak to just got the usual broken English email telling us to return item to an unrelated address in stourport. No one to speak to, no contact details, No customer service. If you are going to buy anything save your self a headache and buy it elsewhere. This company is part of TOP DISCOUNTS UK. Thats where my payment went anyway. Scam companies like this with no customer service should be closed down by the UK government

I paid for a Contemporary Chrome Kitchen Sink Dual Lever Mono Mixer Tap with 360 Swivel Spout, and was supplied with a NYLA Modern Twin Lever Brass kitchen sink mixer Mono Tap Chrome. I complained, but was not listened to. Later on the tap packed up, reported and requested for a refund with no luck.

Purchased some flexible pipes for a kitchen tap and paid £5.99 extra for next day delivery (Standard delivery was advertised as being free). Item eventualy arrived six days after being ordered. Complained to Customer Services, they acknowledged the problem and stated they would return my £5.99. Still waiting after over three weeks and have raised further complaint via PayPal.

Con artists. Sold an inferior tap. Internal metal parts literally crumbled into powder. The number registered was a mobile no one answered. Emails were eventually picked up and despite proof of purchase, they tried to wriggle out of it being ordered from there. Then a different tactic, not covered by guarantee, despite the guarantee clearly stating it was. What they tried to do was lead you to say it was a specific part eg the tap, and then say, we don’t cover the tap! No kidding. We have a 10-year guarantee on the tap but guess what, the guarantee doesn’t cover the actual tap. Avoid. Resist the urge of buying cheap nonsense imported for China. It costs you more in the long run with replacements and plumbers.

The bathroom cabinet looked great when it arrived. However just over 1 year later the mirrors on the doors were losing their silver, so were looking old and they will obviously only get worse. I assumed the company would be concerned as 1 year seems very little time to me for mirrors to be losing silver. However when they were informed they stated the guarantee was 1 year and I could buy replacement doors for it if I wanted to. This cabinet was over £130. I am unimpressed with the quality and would not use this company again

Excellent item and service. The item arrived a day early, that was no problem as the estimated delivery date said 2-3 December 2024.

The only issue was there was no tracking information on eBay or the postal service. Other that than everything was perfect.

Constant emails asking me to review, so marked down significantly for that.

Delivery partner had poor communication, claimed they phoned me several times but hadn't.
Didn't deliver on the day they arranged to, no communication from anyone about the no show.

Apart from that. It turned up eventually and as described.

My shower mixer is awesome. I bought the same one a few years ago from the same company (my kids messed up with the buttons so it wasn't mixing the hot water well any more). I was pleasantly surprised to see the price went up by only £2 in the last 4 years (when I bought the first one).
Also, I ordered the item on Sunday evening and I received the parcel the following day. I was pleasantly surprised again because I didn't pay for next day delivery.

Very grateful for the communication via email and the speedy delivery.
My husband easily swapped the new one for the old mixer and now we're enjoying our hot showers again...quicker than booking a plumber to fix things 😁

Bought 6 taps, started to fail within first 6 months. Emailed Willesden several times for replacement or refund. Fobbed off all times. Please spend your money elsewhere. Purchased prior to 2023

I have just spent over an hour trying to reach someone at this company. Their automated answer system continually says the voice mail is full so you can't even leave a message. And they haven't replied to emails either.

I should have checked here before buying.

1* reviews = 27%, 1 in every 4 customers is badly served by this company; they obviously don't care.

You did not send the purchase and I am still waiting for my refund.
