Tried emailing 13 different occasions to at least 7 separate email addresses, phoned and got give other emails. Totally ignored regarding issues I have had with corks and corkage to different Balvenie bottles and nobody gives a damn not one response. So all I can do is this on here. Awful way to look after your customers
