a whole new experience...
I got a product (silconen lovering), in one of the packs and didnot have user guide, since it was my very first time to encounter it, i had to write back for user instructions since the gadget seemed so so big to be used by normal humans (size outrageous = 5cm diameter), but after receiving the pictorial guide on how to use it, it was really a wonderful product... I would like to use it someother time to conform whether it is the real deal....

Satisfied, but sometimes content of delivery is different from order.
I am really satisfied with your services however I have also objection. It happened twice, that content of delivery did not correspond to content of order. Some sorts of condoms were replaced by regular ones without any explanation. I consider this as not ideal approach to customer.Best regards
