Bought a laser engraver through Desire Markets an advertisement on Facebook in September, same story tracking doesn’t work , got a response in October blaming Covid-19. Now the website is gone and no responses to email
Checked my visa statement and yes it is listed as Willingshub.
Looks like I’ve been Scammed!!!!!

I ordered a Laser Engraver on August 27.
It did never arrive. The service email address will not respond.

Looks like a scam.

I filed for a dispute at Visa to get my money back half November.

They also go by the name Port Ltd. I ordered from them and got nothing! I tried and tried without success to get updates. Luckily I paid via PayPal and got my money back after they gave a false tracking number to PayPal.

I ordered also the engraved 7 weeks ago, and i didn't reveived anything, and no answered for mail ???

Same as everyone else. 76 days waiting....pfft ripped off. Never replied to my email...I noticed now, when you go to their website they have a new name so look out peeps! TONGIRT is the new scam name I reckon!

thieves not delivered tracking does not work

same to me as well. ordered on august, the tracking platform had been showing like (information received-Item En Route to Postal Facility). But now it shows (item number incorrect or tracking status for this item is not yet updated.)
I had contacted the postal service, but they responded, they had never received the actual package.
Any idea to get to trace the item or refund?

Universal engraver ordered. Not received. No response to sent emails. Would advise to avoid doing any business with this company. Elaborate scam.

Same story as everyone else saw a laser cutter on Facebook ordered it received an email to say it has shipped
And then nothing 2 months later they are not answering emails ?
Lesson learned never buy anything from Facebook ?

Same experiences as every one else here.
Purchased laser cutter, 3 months later have not received anything. Emailed them to see what is going on and they have not bothered to reply. They have probably made millions out of this scam and will get away with it, isn't this the same as theft, yet theft is a crime.

A few days later, I received an email with "Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status".
I followed the shipment until I saw "Your parcel has arrived in the country of destination." I wait one week, two weeks, one month, two months, and I asked for it from the local mail service, and they have not any record for this product.
Finally, I thought it is a very elaborate scam.
They never give any answer in the mails i send.
So people fontein buy on
Willingshub.com the only thing they do is cash the money.

Again I ordered a laser engraver in August tracked to this country and had two early e mails confirming order and asking me to be patient I have had nothing. Several people on a CNC group have reported a very similar situation.

Yes, I have a similar story. I ordered a laser cutter from them on 8 August and also received an order number and tracking details. This showed arrival in my country on 19 August but since then, nothing. I did engage in a number of emails but now not getting replies. I checked this with a consumer organisation in my country and Willings Hub seems to be genuine with a number of years of trading. So , very disappointing that they have taken my money and not prepared to follow up on their delivery system....Is it a con or just sloppy - either way, not happy

Should be -5 stars I Paid the money for goods 23-08-2020 they sent me an Order no WH2001 and 2 tracking no.SYAET01207499 AND SYAET01206930 I contacted
one of the courier companies and they have no knowledge of the order .This must be a criminal syndicate as they do not respond to any emails lately
and their website has been closed down

I bought a laser printer at the end of August and I never received the product, nobody answers the support email except the first email.
it is December and the tracking received says that the goods are stopped in Malaysia on 9 September.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It is a scam

81 days... I paid for their "Expedited Shipping". Not only do I still not have my order, but the tracking numbers state that "order is at warehouse" in Canada "somewhere". Nobody from the company will call back or properly return emails.
Do yourself a favour and never order from this dropship, phony, scamming company.

Buying engraver from them, August 14, 2020. Fast respond email "My Dear xxxxx", but since then, no respond AT ALL, FAKE COMPANY, DON'T BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.
