Using Willow Leasing was both efficient, friendly & i was never kept out the loop with information regarding updates on my car.
They weren't the cheapest but the service, in depth analysis of what i need & excellent communication steered me towards them. They also looked at my deal from another & came up with a better one.

I've leased before, but it's been some years since and I was new to Willow leasing. From the initial enquiry Scott stepped in and the process was seamless. Really attentive, responsive to my queries, kept me up to date on a the delivery date over Christmas, calling me with updates etc. It's taken for granted sometimes you should get this service, but it's not always the case and when you're making a big transaction, you want to speak to professional people who care about their jobs and how they present themselves and the company. Happy to recommend.

First of all I would like to thank Kelly-Anne from Willow leasing and Andy at the garage. They kept me up to date from start to finish. After searching loads of comparison sites Willow Leasing was by far the cheapest for my XC40 R-DESIGN. Thanks again to Kelly-Anne and the team.

I have just taken delivery today of my second vehicle from Willow Leasing. I used them again as they provided exceptional customer service when I used them previously. When I contacted them, they weren't even offering the vehicle I was looking for, but that didn't stop them matching and then beating the best deal I could find online for the car I was after. I highly recommend trusting Willow Leasing to find you your perfect car.

Having never leased a car before I knew I needed to be guided through the process. I felt I was provided with all the information I needed and the communication was great. There was always someone there answering my questions regardless of the unusual work patterns that most of us have had to adapt to other the last year or so.

I was initially introduced to vehicle leasing through a couple of work colleagues who have leased vehicles for a number of years. As this was my first experience to a vehicle lease scheme I initially approached with caution. I did however take some reassurance in approaching Willow leasing following discovering them on a reputable comparison website and noticing they scored strong on review websites.

I must say that from the start and throughout the process I did feel at ease when dealing with Willow Leasing. During the initial phone call to them I was assigned Scott Marshall as my leasing broker. Scott fully understood my requirements from the start and took me through the leasing process in a very informative and patient manner. After speaking with Scott I felt reassured that a vehicle lease scheme was right for me and Willow Leasing was the company to proceed with.

Leasing advantages - I found that I liked the benefits of a lease scheme due to the shorter term commitment over owning a vehicle. As well as getting that 'new car' feeling on a competitive deal the shorter term commitment suited me and my family as with two young children my current vehicle requirements are likely to change in the future.

During the quotation process all quotes were delivered promptly over email, giving me multiple options on vehicle specifications allowing me find an option suitable for my budget. I must note that despite the fast production and issue of quotes I did not feel pressured into the sale at any point. After consideration I proceeded with the order. Once again Scott was on hand to take me through the process and issue the necessary documentation.

Order and Covid - Once my order had been approved I did experience a delay in the issue of my vehicle however as these were exceptional circumstances (worldwide pandemic) seeing the closure of the vehicle manufacturers factory this was understandable. Again however I must salute the support I received via Willow Leasing. Throughout the wait period I was keep fully updated via Scott over email and telephone who even offered me alternative vehicle options.

Delivery - Following confirmation of a date which suited me delivery was made to my door without any issues. I am very happy with my vehicle and have since been contacted by Willow Leasing to check in that all is satisfactory.

Overall - I would certainly recommend Willow Leasing. A personal thankyou to Scott Marshall - I really think the whole process was given a personal touch by being allocated a leasing broker to deal with the process from start to finish. Despite delay to my order via understandable circumstances and through no fault of willow leasing, through regular communication and information I still feel I got that new car excitement.

Frist time of leasing. All the staff at Willow were very knowledgeable and helpful. I am not very good at IT, but Kelly-Anne confidently talked me through it. A pleasurable experience.

All the team at Willow leasing were very helpful throughout the lease set up and were able to offer advise on choice of colours and options as during lockdown I was unable to visit a dealer. I mainly dealt with Scott who was very knowledgable on my chosen model and was always fast to respond to any questions I had.
