When I got my axolotl it was recommended in a Facebook owners group that Willy’s was one of the best places to buy live Dendros as feed. They weren’t wrong! Delivery is fast and efficient and the worms are thriving in my mini wormery, until Mr Piggy get fed them anyway 😂

The worst company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with... Wrong information on the website (It said 30mm legs came with 25mm legs). One leg has a missing top cap They said they would send replacement legs but very little communication until i wrote a review some 5 weeks later and all of a sudden the new legs arrived..... I will never again buy from trust what they say or recommend this firm to anyone...

Brilliant. Placed my first order from Willy Worms and it was shipped same day. When Hermes did what Hermes do best and cocked up the delivery, they replaced my worms and they arrived next day. no problem. Great quality worms and my axie loved them.

No problems at all , maggots and worm very good after they warm up out of pack . Have no problems ordering from them

very disappointed with regard to the lob worm quality, I ordered 100 lobs, when I received them the lobs were either dying or dead, 2 days later most had to be disposed of, the delivery was good, but the lobs were dreadful.

went on website and placed order for seatbox and paid in full early in the morning only to get a email 5 mins after shop shut saying out of stock
totally unacceptable how a business can take payment send out email thanking for the order then say out of stock have to wait upto 14 days for a refund to show back on card no good what so ever when I was ment to be going fishing in 5 days
Totally wasted and ruined what was ment to be a good days fishing cant go now as have sold me old seatbox and attachments

My order arrive quickly, a side tray for my chair. Unfortunately the wrong information was on there website and it didn't fit on my chair. Phoned them several times only to be told by a lady she couldn't help me but would get someone to call me back to sort the problem.
3 days later after phoning again still no call back. I asked to return the item I've still had no response from Willy Worms
I will not be using them again.

I don't order from WW often as I think stock levels were affected by COVID but when I do it's always a decent price and quick delivery, now they have much more in stock I need I'll be ordering more often.

No problem with willy Worms, apparently the couriers hub collapsed in Birmingham and I have paid for next day delivery, so I will miss a full days fishing that I have booked waiting for the delivery 😠

Superb service and delivery. Got a few bits of hardware, some dead reds and dendrobena worms. Worms were in great shape and everything arrived really quickly. Will be using again for sure!!

The worms caught me atleast 6 fish and lost 2 that felt like big ones, fishing a very hard abandoned lake and I've never had a big fish take my bait before this so they must love them, maggots were nice and lively too very happy cheers.

Have ordered live fishing bait from Willy Worms several times. Their live bait is posted overnight delivery, chilled and with cool packs to keep the bait fresh and in good condition and I catch loads of fish using their bait. Their customer service is excellent too. Buy from them with confidence
