What a joke booked appointment twice couldn’t even be bothered to turn up called them according to them they were not aware the owner did not turn up

We saw the Wilson Link product whilst shopping in Costco. Assured of the quality link we visited the Prestwich showroom. Great purchase experience ( we bought two kitchens as my Mum was moving next door) . The design and planning was excellent, however we were 'sold' a 'new' product that was described as better than the quartz granite that we had within the design and price. Assured of the same quality as the granite ( and it looked lovely) we went ahead. Such a poor decision. EVERYTHING scratches on this material ( its the black cosmic mirostone) Plates, the toaster, a cup, liquid marks the surface. We have to have boards for everyone. Unfortunately Wilson Fink don't want to know. They will 'sand it' for us to reduce the issues, but that doesn't t solve the issue at all. They haven't even come out to see it. Just asked us to send photographs. I waited 20 years to be able to do a large kitchen and am so disappointed and upset. Now I am being told that they bought this work surface in and its not a Wilson Fink product so they are not responsible!!!

I shopped at Wilson Fink, they showed us the new kitchen in a Wilson Fink shop - and installed under the Wilson Fink name. Now having to look at my next step options as I have a 1 year old kitchen that looks 10 years old due to the work surfaces.
