Bought a scooter and it was faulty E2…

Bought a scooter and it was faulty E2 error which is a motor issue. I sent many chats and emails and have a transcripts for the conversation where I have been told a senior agent will be allocated and prodcut will be replaced this had not happened and been emailing since May 2023. Awful people to rip you off like that. How do I get the scooter fixed? I have a very upset and £300 down

Bought a scooter for £258 on Thursday…

Bought a scooter for £258 on Thursday 15th June, i sent emails and had no response, i waited patiently for my sons electric scooter to arrive, months later down the line i contacted my bank and had refund, but it was only a temporary refund so yesterday my bank took the £258 away and now im down on money i so desperately needed for christmas to treat my boy on presents, company seems like a scam and i want my money back as soon as possible

This website is a fraud.
I have still not received my order made on the 2nd of September and I have not had any update on the status of my order either. I have sent many messages via their contact page but no answer. I have also made a claim with Klarna in order to get a refund of my payment.

Negative experience with this company

Ordered a scooter for my sons birthday on the 1st august, I did not receive a confirmation email or any communication at all from the company. I emailed 4 times to check on updates when it would arrive, on the 17th august I emailed to say I wanted a refund or would be taking it further with my credit card. Apparently a refund has been issued but still have not received it. Will need to take the matter further with my credit card.

Scooter not received for Sons Birthday present

Ordered a scooter over 10 days ago and no update to say its on its way even though it says 3-5 days. Now i do not have a present for my son. Have emailed several times and no response and no phone number to ring. Have taken it up with Creditcard company to investigate.
Really Poor!!!

Have ordered a scooter for my daughter…

Have ordered a scooter for my daughter for her birthday off this site.. still haven’t received it even tho I had a email to say ‘ it is on its way…’ no response from
Windclo at all after trying to contact them. I’m now 260 pound down with an upset daughter who doesn’t deserve to have her main birthday present not turn up and I can’t afford to get another one!

Scooter

I bought a scooter for my son. It worked for a week then the battery stopped charging. I emailed windclo as their website states that you get a one year warranty. I have sent multiple emails and tried their chat service. No one has answered. This has been going on for months now. Safe to say I now have a faulty scooter and wont be getting it refunded/replaced. Avoid, they will answer during the purchasing period then go silent. Wasters

I have ordered a scooter from them. It's been over a week and I have not received it yet. I have emailed them still no response. I paid by PayPal hopefully they will give my money back

Good range!

Order was much better than anticipated. Used it for a while now and still getting a good range. App is useful for setting the speed response. Had some light issues setting up in the beginning, but customer service sorted it. Overall happy.

Didn’t arrive…

Ordered a scooter for my daughter’s birthday. Delivery was 3-5 days on their site yet over a month later and nothing. No way of contacting them. Suspect this is a scam site. Fortunately I received a refund through my bank but I may be one of the lucky ones. Do not use this website!

Update* Company is now disputing my review and I’m having to submit evidence to Trustpilot (which I have now done!). Also contesting the refund my bank issued when they didn’t answer multiple emails after no delivery of the scooter I paid for. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. £350 Scooter ordered that was apparently in stock and to be delivered in 3 days. Over a month later still not delivered, no customer service number to speak to someone, not one reply to an email.
