Easy to navigate webpage where I was able to discover new wines based on regions and bottles I already enjoy. The information provided for each bottle is easy to digest, including winemaker's notes and professional ratings/reviews.

Hate the bottle limitations

Hate the bottle limitations. I don’t think it benefits anyone. I would rather a wine be out of order than being forced to buy one or two bottles. Bad taste and definitely not making me want to buy wines from your site.

if you examine your records on me

if you examine your records on me, you will see that you did not fulfill your email commitment to address a defective cork problem I had some months ago with an AMARONE I purchased on a prior order - nonetheless, I continue to purchase from the excellent selection of wine you offer which is so easy to search for options - having said that, I cancelled my auto renew membership since I do not know if I can trust that potential future problems will be handled - I think you have received similar comments from me before - I understand that problems and unintentional service gaps can happen, but your lack of follow through troubled me - please accept my comments at face value

Member for about 15 years…

I have been a member for about 15 years and understand the reason for the changes over the years. I still use it for gifting, but only larger gifts to meet the minimum shipping.
I do find it a bit annoying to put bottles in my cart which are ".97" and go to check out with a code and not meet the minimum. I usually remove and may come back to them on another occasion.
Being able to choose a critic--I usually use James Suckling--for screening is a very good feature.

Filters are excellent search aids.

I like the filters that allow me to search for exactly what I'm looking for, especially with respect to price and reviews. The futures opportunity is really appreciated. I wish more Bordeaux magnums were offered.
