Coupon codes are a little deceptive... unable to use unless more than I wanted to spend. If I spent $75, I should have qualified for some sort of discount as a new member.
I used the corporate gifts section and spent about $3000 to send wines to our associates. There was an issue with my order I noticed maybe 20 minutes after our order was placed, so I reached out and spoke to general customer services, but they couldn't help me with the corporate portion. Fine. They took note of my issue and said someone would fix it and get back to me soon. No one reached back out. At all. I'm not even confident someone works in that division with such lack of communication. My order never got fixed and when I checked back into their portal, my wines were already sent without being updated. I will never use this company again. I'm extremely disappointed.

I appreciated the reviews/ratings of the top wine connoisseurs. I would have given this 5-stars if: 1) there was more description of the wine itself, including the region, estate, and actual vintage that I was buying; 2) if I could have loaded my cart and assigned each item to a different recipient/address. Instead, I had to process each recipient one at a time. Could be my lack of understanding how to do this, but then again it could have been clearer on the site how to accomplish (e.g. a button or link "sending to a group with different addresses?" Finally, I noticed that pricing was somewhat dynamic--item listed for one price showed up in my checkout at a different price, usually +/- $10.

you did great on most of my orders. But on one of mine that was supposed to be delivered to a different address, I| received a note to pickup the package at a FedEx location.

I flubbed the shipping address & wonderful folks at wine.com customer service changed it for me & it got to the recipient timely!
To be able to speak/chat with a real person is pretty rare these days. You’ve got a customer for life!

I have never received good service from Wine.com. Every order seems to come with delivery issues, whether it’s delays, missed shipments, or incorrect information. Reaching customer service is consistently difficult, and when you finally do get through, the representatives are unable to resolve the problem or provide meaningful solutions. For a company positioning itself as a premium wine retailer, the lack of reliability and effective support is extremely disappointing.
