Five stars is not enough for Wine and Barrels in Hilleroed, Denmark. Anders Clausen went out of his way to help find the right present for my brother for his 80th birthday. I live in Canada and my brother in Denmark. Anders had the present delivered on the day of the birthday and wrote and included a lovely birthday card on my behalf, decorated with Danish flags. Thank you Anders Clausen for your patience and fabulous service.

Fantastic Service. The fridge is amazing and really elegant. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Big call out to their customer service who picked up that I had dropped off at the payment stage and reengaged me. I was going to buy anyway but I thought that was cool. Plus follow up service has been spot on. Really speaks to a customer focused organisation. Now looking forward to filling it up with my favourite wines. Thanks wineandbarrels!!

My wife ordered two box for my birthday. However, one drawer was broken due to bad quality : there was a "knot" in the wood what affect strength. I contacted after sales service and immediately I received a positive answer. They suggested me to send me a new one freely.
All deliveries are quick and product are really nice.

I ordered a Winerex Lola wine rack for c. £1400. It arrived after 3 weeks (which is fine) but was damaged including splits to the two central solid oak structural supports. It's made with flimsy plywood (not oak) which also split - not what I would expect for £1400. Fortunately, I have a wood joiner friend who will be able to help repair and upgrade it. I negotiated a discount which will help pay for this work - but I would certainly not recommend W&B - the product quality does not match the very high prices tag.

I ordered a Oak 64 bottle wine rack and waited for delivery and when it turned up it was not made of Oak . When i complained i was told it was European Oak but i run a joinery workshop so i know what this looks like and its not Oak, had another reply saying it was oak from Thailand , don't make me laugh , when i complained i was told i could have the wine rack free of charge but that's not what i ordered for my customer and this is a clear breach of mis selling and will be reported to trading standards .
My advise to customers is don't buy from this company as the product is a cheap timber and they are ripping people off

I bought a new corkscrew that had a fault.. and I got it replaced faster than I could say Barolo... great service.

Very disappointed with this product (Cava wine rack). I thought that since it came from Denmark it would be well designed and well made. I got that wrong! First of all, the assembly instructions were very misleading: they did not mention the small dowels which hold the crosspieces in place before you insert the screws, so I had to figure that out on my own (admittedly not very difficult). Then some of the crosspieces were slightly too wide to fit properly into the grooves on the uprights. The worst thing was the fact that the guide-holes for the screws on the crosspieces were not accurately aligned either with the positions of the dowels or with the screw holes on the uprights, so many of the screws went in squint and were thus very hard work to screw in. No wonder they have to be so deeply countersunk! By the time I did finally succeed in putting the whole thing together (which took me most of an afternoon, though I'm usually quite good at this sort of thing) it did seem reasonably stable and functional so I can't be bothered to return it, but I wish I had bought a better product from a different company.
