Great page, been playing for years
I love this site, been on it a good few years now, always fast paying out and sorting problems and a great community. The only issue I feel needs addressing is when theres minimal numbers remaining on a competition and theres instants left, obviously people are going to try for these, its a no brainer! However, staff release your numbers (after 5 minutes) not giving enough chance for people to check out if they are looking at other comps or moving money to pay for these numbers. Whilst I understand staff are trying to do it fairly they can also see who has these numbers. If you try to re- add due to removal they are immediately removed. Therefore, I feel there should be some automatic system in place.
Otherwise... I love the page and will continue to play 🐔 🐥

Hi Tanya, we have lost count of the amount of times you’ve been told to not hold tickets on competitions- with various excuses given as to why you’re not checking out and more often than not you releasing tons of tickets when the instant wins have gone.
It is unfair to other customers who select and enter in good faith they may grab remaining instant wins, so we heavily monitor near sold out competitions and who has tickets as part of our fair policy.
The automatic system you’ve suggested is exactly that, pay within 5 minutes for the tickets in your basket or not be able to reselect, if you feel that is unfair, then please top up your account before selecting and you’ll remove the risk of losing tickets in future.
Thank you for your kind comments elsewhere in your review and we hope to rectify any ongoing issues regarding ticket holding.

Winner winner chicken dinner best site to play on it’s the only one I’ve actually won few times highest been about £100 but few extras totally more so one day I will get that call I’ve been manifesting big wins for while now so wel see but overall the lives (even tho I try not to watch as I win when I don’t watch them haha) are funny, can win free games too so if you want cheeky little win or have a chat this site is for you.
