They say no registration needed, but then they want you to send documents of all your banking events of three last months before you can even begin to play, and meanwhile they have your "case open" you can not even read their information pages. Chat tells you to send an email, reply tells you to send mail to another address. Wish I would have read this page before I deposited any money. Edit: after a few complains here and there they chose to "verify the origin of my money" without documents and I could close the account myself, so no big harm done.
