Good course, good training but no placement or apprenticeship as promised!

I had applied to do childcare training with Winnovation Training ltd in their Sunderland branch. I was always on time, always finished work on time etc. 3 weeks in our 6 week training period, a lot of friction was caused from a few girls who had a disagreement and continued to be immature making the experience for everyone else awkward throughout the last 3 weeks. With the childlike behaviour made, i would rather see them kicked out as they did not seem interested in the course itself and turned up 20-30 minutes late after breaks. However this isn't the main issue, In mid May 2017 we finished the course, had done our paediatric first aid and been given our certificates, even had a little "tea party" if you will on our final day which was very nice of our trainer to do. Myself and a few other girls in the course gifted our trainer with many presents with our thanks for the training.
As for our placements we were advised it will take up to 2 weeks in total for the sales team to find us a placement local to our area. throughout, a couple girls were annoyed they didnt have a placement from after 1 week. When it reached 2 weeks, i were then due my week holiday in Cyprus. I returned to a message in the group chat on the day that our trainer had personally gone out of her way to help find everyone a placement. However it was not the case, as its now July 2017 and i have no placement. I am very disappointed to have done the training, been guaranteed a placement to only be ignored from my messages and have no placement let alone an apprenticeship at all. We were advised not to find our own placement or apprenticeship but if i had known better i would have not bothered at all as i am struggling financially as because i live with my working boyfriend i am not aloud to claim. It wasted my time, i was too patient and put too much trust in them i wish i didnt.
