I won 1400 euros on two bonuses. I had already finished the verification process, but after the withdrawal request, they requested som other documents, after the other documents got accepted they had no other option than closing my account i guess. They close my account and they claimed that o had another account in the same cazino wich is no true. They never reply to my emails . The money I earn is about 10.000 euros. They are cheating. I want to report this.

Made a deposit today, Winstorias site said ” deposit succesful” but no money landed on my account. I went into chat and got the message ” check bank for refund” I told them i have deposited with NeoSurf and the got the message ” we havent recived any funds so you need to contact your bank” for the second time i told them the deposit was made with NeoSurf. So now Zero euros on account and zero euros on Neosurf.
