I have an enormous number of DVD's that I've been planning to sell or give away in order to clear valuable storage. I've used the Ripper successfully on over 1400 discs. The only cases where it couldn't work were copies of films and not originals so that's an obvious on my part, or the original has been partially damaged. Also many previous downloaded files in Avi or Mkv format have been successfully converted to MP4 using WinX Video AI. No problems for me.

This Software did not work the way I wanted. Therefore I deleted it and cut my loss and moved on. This site also doesn't tell you there crappy software is on a subscription basis. There is no way to login to my supposed account from the website. A year later they auto renewed my supposed subscription. I had no idea this software was on a subscription basis. I had no idea there was a customer account created for me. I contacted support and asked for a refund and they sent a condescending email back, showing me instructions on how to turn off auto-renew and refused to give me a refund. I stated
I wanted to exercise "The 30day money back Guarantee" well this is completely false advertising. There sales(and)tech support guy(same guy) offered half refund? Because I didn't stop there well hidden subscription process on time. I sent a refund request the same day they "falsely" renewed the subscription. I mean seriously you can buy this software in a retail store for the same price that is a lifetime product? Why is it even a yearly subscription. There's no advertising about subscription. There's no warning that its a subscription on there site. They miss-lead you and in the end scam you out of your money.

Please be aware that you may be blindly charged again for your product, within a year. the only place to find your login to turn it off is at the very bottom of the invoice there's a small link that says sign up / login. That's the ONLY place. Also When your buying products from the site they do not tell you its a subscription.

Tried ripping a dozen DVDs using WinXDVD, approx 1/2 could not be read by the application or the ripped file would be corrupted. Tried using a different application and everything worked perfectly.

They honoured their 30-day refund guarantee, since the product did not work great for me.

I had an issue with reinstallation after a computer crash, reached out to support, they had a resolution ready within hours. Over a weekend! I've used their products for years and will certainly continue to. Highly recommended!

Love this product! I had an issue reinstalling the program but customer support was super responsive and had me up and running again within 24 hours. The new Winxvideo AI is really easy to use and fast at converting movies. My main usage is to hard code subtitles and this makes it a breeze.

This company is so efficient it is a pleasure to deal with them.

I put a ticket in for a weird problem digitizing a DVD, one scene kept repeating through the entire video. I received an e-mail quickly from tech support and they said try it again on Safe Mode. I had never noticed that button. I tried it and it worked. Quick resolution for a problem I thought would drag on and on. Thanks!

The company WinXDVD is the best company that I have been using since as early as the year of 2017. It has served all of my needs, and has been a company I can trust. The customer support has always been good about responding to my emails in a timely manner, when it comes to needing assistance. Works on Just about any dvd. works flawlessly and streamlined no ads. very easy to use. many thanks for this great product.

This is a wonderful app which I use almost every day. Recently it didn't work due to the lack of space in my device. I contacted the support team straight away they helped me.very prompt after sales customer service. I lost my registration details but they helped me on that issue, too.

Love this software, works like a charm. I've had it for at least a couple of years and hasn't skipped a beat. I did have a problem with a particular dvd; made an enquiry and within 10 hours got a reply and a resolution (I just needed more info than usual - a particularly difficult dvd).

Lifetime license has been the best purchase of my computing life. In addition to the program working exactly as I wanted, customer service has always been fast and helpful.

Excellent DVD product and Excellent support from Ricky Ma.
I had difficulty including Forced-Subtitles into my MV4 film output but Ricky quickly and simply solved my problem.

This company has outstanding customer service. I had an issue with licensing issues and it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I’ve been using WinXDVD for quite a few years on and off. I just purchased the lifetime membership because I guess it’s no longer free. I didn’t have a problem with that because I think it’s a really good program. I ran into a problem. I was getting a message something about the folder destination. I really didn’t know what it meant. So I emailed the company. Within a few hours they answered me and told me what to do. I was so happy as I’m not really that computer savvy. But I figured it out. Now it works. Yay 😀
