Ordered on 14th February, no contact from wipeout creations at all. Rang to chase on 23rd February as we only needed two off the shelf items with 2 letters embroidered. Finally had message back on 24th Feb to say would be ready that afternoon. Went to shop, after 3pm still not ready, told to come back at 4:30, took another 10 minutes after that time. Lettering so small I could have sown it myself. Will never order from here again. Awful customer service

No mention in the suppliers reply re the wait for the order and lack of contact/updates on order.

There wasn’t an option to state the size of the lettering when ordrering.

My husband didn’t even open the bag, it was still sealed when he got home. He was jus glad to finally receive the order.

I’m not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but we had a very poor experience with your company as I outlined above

Good quality clothing and embroidery was spot on, very happy and would use again.

I ordered a green scrubs top for work on the 12th may and I'm still waiting for the top I've emailed this company twice and left a message on there answer phone I received an email back from them saying the top would be dispatched on the 19th may and the tracking details would follow but still nothing and it is now the 21st may should of checked the reviews for this company first not very good are they???? I would just like to add today 24th may I received my scrubs top and I very happy with it good material and great fit so I would like to change my star rating for this company to a 4 I would of given a 5 star if I didn't have to wait 12 days for it and chase my order up with them but however I'm very happy now my wait is over and my top has arrived and it's good quality thank you

This is my 3rd order of rainbow NHS products.
They are all good quality and I love the look. I wear them as my uniform for work and my patients seem to share my enthusiasm. Lead time is reasonable considering individualised nature of the work.

I wish there was an opt out of Royal Mail though. I absolutely hate their service. The tracking is rubbish and on this occasion the message was stuck on “we’re expecting it”. This issue was resolved and communication from wipe out was good.

Items are good quality however complete wrong items sent. Took weeks for us to get any kind of response from the company. The only way we had a response was to write a bad review. They corrected the error and let us keep the wrong items but took 5 weeks to sort out. Unlikely to use again!
Other reviews say they’ve had issues with the phone line, but been the same since 2023…

Impossible to get in touch with this company via email or phone. No response to emails sent, no answer on telephone multiple times and no response to voicemail left. Left with a cardigan too small, waste of money! Item was not personalised, and had no response to any emails. Lies.

If only they could reply to emails and voicemails as quick as they do trust pilot reviews.

Quality of clothes is really nice and quality of embroidery is also really nice. The main issue is is communication and delivery time. I ordered on the 7th October and didn’t receive till 16th November. Admin needs to be improved and need to be asking customers to approve design rather than waiting for them to reach out. I personally wouldn’t order again due to these issues which is a shame as the clothing is really good.

I have made order last week and want to know when my order will be with me.

I have sent an email but haven’t received a reply yet?

I accidentally ordered a cardigan customised and it arrived in 2 working days
So I ordered the correct size on the 5th August and 10 days later have heard nothing and received nothing. I have left messages on answerphone and emailed but nothing back.
A colleague put an order in on 29th July and has received nothing.
This is a poor show.
I would like either the item I have paid for or my money back.

The quality of the fleece and cardigan is commendable; however, the company's customer service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, I received incorrect items in terms of color and size. I had ordered a small size in black for both items, but instead, I received a blue XS cardigan and a black fleece in size S, which fits more like a large. Despite measuring myself prior to placing the order, the sizing discrepancy is significant.

I had to chase my order, but only took one email and had a quick reply to say it was being shipped that week. My order arrived very shortly after this. The hoody is lovely, great quality and lovely to wear for work. Thank you ❤️

Sent the wrong items and then didn’t respond to my emails for 2 months. Finally got an email back saying they would send me the correct order and then went radio silent again. I have just claimed my money back via my credit card. Terrible customer service, ignorant of complaints and poor service all round. I will never buy from this company again nor recommend them to anyone.

Images have been sent to you and you responded to say you were send me the correct order. I also didn’t get a response when I sent emails regarding returning the wrong items. This is a complete lie.

It has taken a month for my order to be delivered I have emailed many times and have been waiting for responses

One saying we couldn’t find your address? Like okay then contact me instead of leaving it. I am waiting for a refund due to the present not being able to be sent because of how long it has taken! The customer service isn’t very good!

Great quality and fast turnaround time! We ordered our girls dance t shirts and they have been absolutely fab. They have been wearing them for over a year and they look as good as when we bought them. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
