Quick delivery and easy installation - no tools required!

Customer service doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Three calls and every time I am being told I will get a call back but that hasn’t happened. Absolutely disgusting how customers are treated

Being a retired truck owner/driver and having travelled many hundreds of thousand kilometers, through all types of weather. IN MY OPINION,these wiper blades are the best. The initial set were only replaced on a suggested replacement time frame. The ones replaced were still good, but "It is better to be safe than sorry."

I placed an order on the 22nd of June and had express shopping. On their website they claim to ship the next business day before 12pm however as of 27th of June it has not been dispatched and Australia post does not have my wipers. Customer support cannot provide me with clear options going forward saying they would follow up it up. I am quite dissappointed as other reviews appear to be quite positive maybe its a one off error. But I would either like my wipers or a refund.

Great service and follow up, wipertech even provide an easy guide to fitting wipers. Great old fashioned service, something which is rare in this day and age.

Selecting my wipers and having them delivered quickly was great - Now that they are on I can't believe I waited so long - Just lovely. They feel really high end. The instructional video was 100% accurate and the whole thing took a couple of minutes - getting the old ones off was harder than getting the new ones on.

Great product, been driving for over 50yrs and once I found Wipertech, So long ago I can't remember when, I have never purchased n other brank wiper blade. Easy to order, always arrives on time.

Company sent the wrong the wipers after I ordered the right ones as confirmed by the packing slip. Attempted to contact by phone 3 times and got diverted to an answering service. I have emailed directly once and through their website 3 times with no response. For something that was suppose to be an easy option to get windscreen wipers this has been a fail. No customer service and no way to contact them if there is a problem. Avoid.
10.06.2024 Update: the company contacted me via email and sent a replacement unit. Arrived promptly and issue resolved.

So, I have had a few issues over the years getting replacement wipers as I own a Ssangyong Musso and they aren't commonly available where i live. Have seen wipertech advertised before and thought it was just marketing all the positive stuff they were saying about the product. Anyway, after my last lot of wipers that cost over $100 but squealed every time you turned them on after installation, finally got jack of it and bought the wipertech from the ad when I was overtired, half thinking I had been scammed. How wrong I was. They arrived quickly, and I mean REALLY quickly, and fitted perfectly 1st go. The real test was use and they are silent when being used. Let's see how long they last, but very happy so far.
