Atotal scam, I have received a product that don't match att all with description, the ignored all my tries to contact them return the product. Don't buy anything from them.

I ordered a Dog traveler in May, and i still havent received it. I payed in advance so i am very angry.

Absolute scam. Bought a car seat cover for my dog and it wasn’t even close to the product description or pictures. Customer service do not reply so I could as well have thrown the money away.

I have ordered clutch bag some jewellery items...it's completely a scam... don't order.

Scam. Bought a carpet for the dog and the pictures are so far from what I received. Avoid!

In the pictures there are big dogs lying on the rug but half my dog did not fit 🤣

My sister bought me the nappy bag for my baby shower. Less than four weeks of using it, the zip broke. I contacted them and so did she, no reply. Then a week later the second zip broke so the bag was unusable. With a newborn and a toddler this is not ideal!

Don’t order from this fake company. It’s disgusting that they can get away with taking money from people who are buying items for their babies! You make me sick!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. It's been 3 months and I haven't received my order, every email has been ignored, and the Yun Express shipping website suggests the order is "processing" still because it hasn't been received yet from the seller to ship. Wipyshop gives no phone number, so cannot be contacted this way. The company is hosted by Shopify, who also do nothing when contacted. You might order from them and be one of the lucky ones who receives your item, but be prepared that if you aren't, you'll have wasted your money and they won't reply to you.

This company is a complete scam and I would strongly advise anyone to not buy from this website. All the reviews are bad for a reason. They take your money, send faulty items and then do not reply at all when they are contacted. I ordered a nappy bag and it was broken on arrival and they have not replied. I will look into reporting the website.

This is basically a drop shipping website so there is no customer service. Bought a baby carrier bag and the zip was broken / doesn't work on arrival. Emailed and no reply. This basically a scam.

I bought a carry bag, not even been 3 months and its split, customer service is not existant, I have emailed 3 times and no reply, no phone number so this is only way to contact them.. if.only their customer service was a quick as taking my money!
My advice is TO STAY CLEAR AND NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Product is of bad quality and customer service do not respond so unable to return / refund. Do not buy from them

The bag arrived within the time stated and it was really good quality I would recommend it.

Sadly the product arrived with a faulty Zip. I have tried contacting the company via email & Facebook and no reply.

The bag was flimsy. The zip was broken. I have asked for a refund twice and taken photos but no one has responded. I would advise against buying this product.

A total scam, I bought the nappy bag, after delivered it looked so cheap, I emailed customer service to return it, they said that discounted stuff can’t be returned! It was not obvious anywhere when I bought it and they never answered my email anymore when I asked them to email me their return policy and complaints process.
