Product arrived from within the US not…

Product arrived from within the US not from the tracking history this place provided. Anyway the product I ordered I think has a missing part. Their Website isn’t a secure per se, so my browser won’t see their home page. So when you click on Facebook or Instagram you may be setting yourself up with issues. I’m learning NOT to impulse buy on these 2 well known platforms I had issues in the past. Even if same item is on Walmart once they told me you must contact the seller. I got enough junk I been burned on these links and some Kickstarter stuff. But not like getting burned touching a hot pan, I STILL fall for these click a buy. Then wait

Never Again

Placed order on November 23. Order still has not arrived to this day.
I reached out around Christmas. The tracking had halted and the order hadn’t moved for days. Their customer service kept telling me that the order was ‘in transit”. This order was meant to be parts of gifts
When the order still hadn’t arrived by New Year, I requested the return of my money or that they re-send the order. They continued to assure me that the order was still coming. Mind you, the holidays had come and gone. ‘Customer service’ still assured me that it was going to be there. Fast forward to January 12, after my umpteenth request for a replacement or refund They sent me an email trying to tell me to check with my family because the order was delivered. They didn’t tell me that the many other times when I reached out. I let them know that I have cameras that records deliveries and I was home. Also, the tracking number they used ‘as proof’ was completely different from the one I got when order was placed
Wisdomcious is a scam site and has no integrity at all
