My order arrive 1 month late. No communication at all. No explanation on how to return when asked. What you buy is what you get, regardless of anything after the purchase. This company is a legit scam. Also, the product looks nothing like the pictures and is of terrible quality.

Extremely frustrating to know how long it will take to get here and from the reviews I wonder if I will even receive anything in the first place!

I ordered the L shaped phone holder for my car spent over $18 and never received it and it’s been almost a month, no email or nothing, do not order from this web sight 😡

Stay away. I ordered something it took over 2 months to get to me and when it did it showed up in pieces. They lied numerous times and even know will not stand behind the product. I wanted all these months for a broken piece of junk. never use this company to order anything. They are terrible.

I ordered a wind spinner 8 Dec 2020. Constant emails updating me on the order, minor flaw detected, checking for quality, discounts offered to send more money for more purchases. On 28 Dec 2020 email sent saying goods will be despatched within 24-48 hours. Now 576 hours and nothing. Contacted PayPal and I sent off a summary. Washingoal responded quickly apologising and claimed to be trying to expedite delivery. I was required to respond back and did. I cannot see me getting the goods judging by hundreds of similar stories. I want my money back and hope that Paypal ceases trading with this scam.
Update : A couple of days later after escalting my compIaint with PayPal I received a Messenger msg from Preferr ingjoy apologising for the delay in shipping and muddled communication about products being handmade and Covid???? At no time did I trade with PJ. This company too appears to be a scam company.

I ordered a dumpster fire ornament in the beginning of November. They failed to provide shipping information even though I asked for it repeatedly. They did not actually ship the item until I requested a refund through PayPal 2 months after the order was placed. The item finally arrived and while it was a plastic dumpster, it was not an ornament. Don’t waste your time or money.

I ordered hair colour. It was repackaged, the label underneath has smaller sizing showing (false advertising much?) and of course, there are no instructions with this. No response has been made to my query about instructions yet.
Can’t use this product yet, so might be back with another bad review.

Horrible customer service, do not order from here! I ordered gag-Christmas gifts on 11/25, received shipping notice with no tracking information on 11/30. Asked for a refund on 12/24 since, again, these were supposed to be funny gifts (dumpster fire with 2020 on the side of the dumpster) and was told they do not offer refunds after 15 days. The tracking they sent on 1/7, yesterday, shows only that the label was created.

TOTAL SCAM! They bombard you with emails, assuring you the product is on its way. Then it's emails about a shipping delay, and then a quality control issues.... A month later, I still don't have the order! Just emails and "I'm sorry" discount codes to buy more.

Fraud fraud!! Just charging no delivery. Take care about this bad and fraud company

I wouldn't even give it 1 star but I had to in order to write the review. Not only did I use 1 tube but I used 2 and my hair DIC NOT turn even the slightest color of silver.
THIS IS A RIP OFF!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT!!!

I ordered #UAW12839 (instant hair volumizing), 3x emails was sent (to correct “the province”), but i just got answered after product was shipped. I dont get the product until now. The courier is not helpful. If it is possible, could you re send the product. Address is correct except province needs to change to “jakarta” (not “Aceh) - thanks

I ordered 15 transparent glasses on 20 September 2020. I paid 245$ online with my credit card. Been more than 60 days, no goods have arrived nor the refund I requested. I mailed them several times, got replies 2 times with tracking Numbers. One number showed the goods were returned to sender and the next tracking number was fake. It is a bad feeling to be cheated, I hope the responsible people for this will be punished and experience worse feelings

Is there 0 stars out there for this SCAM company? I opened their page to purchase a product and pay by PayPal, when I saw they had an old address in another country where I lived I did not authorize and complete the order, I simply closed the page. I found out 1 minute later the order was on process without my authorization. I tried to contact them, but the address for Customer Service they have is invalid, all my attempts came back. I contacted PayPal and it is now in litigation. Today they sent an e mail saying my order was shipped. It was shipped in Italy and I live now in USA!! Scams...I wonder how this company can still stay in business.

Yes I agree is a scam. I also ordered 2 eyelash clip + a set of magnetic lashes and received only the clips. They dont respond to emails and the order came after 32 days. Dont buy here.

Do not buy ever anything from this merchant! I had a bad experience with it. After 54 days from the shipment, I am still waiting for the order and at my inquiries they ask me each time to have patience ... Finally, I have disputed the purchase thru my bank under the reason "Merchandise not received".

Dont order from them! They are thieves! They got the money and never sent me a product! Their customer service is the worst!!!

IF THERE WERE NO STARS IT WOULD BE GOOD. I ORDERED THE NANO CAR SCRATCH REPAIR AND IT CAME AFTER A MOnTH. I SPRAYED IT ON A SMALL SCRATCH ON MY VEHICLE AND NOT A DAMN THING HAPPENED. I RUBBED IT ALL OVER AND STILL NOTHING . IT IS PURE WATER. IT HAD NO SMELL AND ALL THE WRITING ON THE SMALL SPRAY BOTTLE WAS IN CHINESE ON THE FRONT. THE WRITING ON THE BACK OF THE BOTTLE IS IN ENGLISH. THE INGREDIENTS SAY DEIONIZED WATER AND SURFACTANT, ETC. ALL INGREDIENTS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ON IT. IT IS NOTHING BUT PURE WATER. THEY ALSO FRONT FOR LITTLEPLAYLAND LIMITED. DON'T ORDER FROM EITHER OF THEM. I'M IN A BATTLE NOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM AT PAYPAL.

after many emails asking them refund for misleading AD they refuse , and never contact to explain scam bag rubbish products .
