Was supposed to get a rhinestone pen that you fill with the stones and you click the button and the rhinestones go on very fast. Instead 21/2 months later I received no pen tiny little rhinestones that wont fit in the pen with a extra set of the same thing refcharged me $30 for that. They know exactly what they’re doing and their doing it on purpose.

Terrible company Paid them via PayPal and never received the goods . When I put a claim through PayPal, they informed PayPal they had sent the goods and declared a moody tracking number .

First this took 2 and a half months to receive. Once it got here they were the wrong size. What a waste of 45.00. Never again.

my order is non existent. They took my money but I have no product. I have asked for a refund several times and the response is let me look for your order. Don't waste your time and money

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care. Once they take your money they don't care if you receive the item you purchased or not. They don't give you any updates and when they finally respond to you they ask you to be patient.

I ordered their rhinestone applicator and have YET to even receive any information that it has been shipped. Their website states that orders are shipped within 24 hours of making your purchase.
And that you will receive an email as soon as it ships.
I contacted their customer service department and someone referring to themselves by the name of ‘Charlie’ responded and sent me a canned response. No information on my order, nor did he/she answer my question as to where my order was.
I think I’ve been scammed!
However, I also put part of the blame on Facebook for allowing this company to advertise on their site. Facebook should vet their customers better than this!
I own my own business and when I try to run an ad, it gets scrutinized with a fine toothed comb before it’s approved, yet companies like this are Allllllll over my news feed!

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a body car scratch remover that is 100% FAKE. I made a complain about this fake product and was told that I would not have my money back since the product has been successfully delivered.

Company said the charging cables they were selling were compatible with ALL Android phones, but did not fit my Samsung S9 so I asked for refund their reply was unless they came damaged or defective I could not get a refund. Do not buy from this site they don't care about customer service they just want your money and sell crap they say works with all phones. Would give ZERO stars if I could!!!
