One of the worst possible company to work with. Everything stops with the sale, and when you send them the first installment. After that, they drop you to the C team, try to push you to spend a ridiculous amount of money on ads that do not pay off at all. Waste of time and energy.

They're suing me LOL. Was with them for 9 months, 7 months past their minimum. When they couldn't beat our current ROI benchmarks and couldn't scale after 2 months they foisted us off on the B team that stopped providing creatives to review. Later we discovered misspellings and overall poor quality work. We fired them in November 2021 and now, over 2 years later, they're trying to sue me for payment of December 2021 when no work was done.

Abismal experience. Stay away. They are great sales people, especially Tommy Patterson. He knows what to say to get you to write a check. And then never delivers. King huckster. We wasted WAY TOO MUCH money and got little-to-nothing of value in return.

Went out of my way to make time for a phone call that was set up almost a week in advance. They canceled it five minutes before hand. I tried to go into the meeting before I got the cancelation and got an invalid Zoom log in. sent an email three hours ago, heard nothing. Terrible

Terrible experience. Our technical product had a little issue so they didn't want to spend the additional time to try to get things working. Instead, they just gave us 3 videos, it pretty much shows our product, one small 5 second scene, and logo. All the other videos are the exact same thing just different variations. So pretty much, a 5 second scene costed us thousand of dollars.

I gave up, didn't even bother complaining to them because it's not going to go nowhere, you could already tell that they don't care. They keep saying they care, they're going to do the best to provide us amazing results, but nothing could prove that. This project took about 3 months by the way, they kept saying next week we'll get it done, over and over.

When they shipped our product back to us, which costs thousands of dollars. They shipped one of 3 product back to us. I've been sending them emails about where's the rest of the product, no answer.

Just a legitimate waste of money. As other people here have mentioned, they are amazing at marketing, amazing at setting a good expectation. But when it comes down to result, it's literally unbelievable.

Out of the entire cycle, 50 pictures, 3 videos. We probably will utilize about 10 images MAX, we will utilize 0 videos.

They will schedule meetings and cancel last minute and pretend like nothing happened. A bunch of arrogant @$$holes.

They might be good at marketing, but are terrible at running a business. Don't waste your time on them. Their time is valuable and your time is not.

This agency is NOT legitimate.
They are looking for brands willing to blow budget without proposals or analysis and they will reject you if you don't have a 100's of thousands or more revenue stream. Its called fishing - clever video guys disguised as marketers. Generic speeches. Lack of Care. Be Aware and do not give money too.
Their "clients and previous projects are fake"

This company is not worth your time or money. Avoid Justin Keresek and these big talkers. Scam? and they were very disrespectful.
