Thoroughly straightforward and professional company. Collette is at the helm and dealt with our job (a fire and fireplace) so warmly and well. I’d been to four fireplace companies in Glasgow and they either didn’t get back to me, didn’t understand what I was looking for or just didn’t care - this company were just so on the ball and so helpful. Wish I’d gone there first.

I idenitified Wm. Boyle as a potential supplier of the coving I needed and having priced the same items slightly cheaper elsewhere contacted them to see how they reposnded to the price match statement on their website.
It took less than 10 minutes for someone from the sales department to reach out and provide me with a discount code to ensure they were the cheaper source for my coving.
Delivery was free as I ordered more than the required amount to qualify, and again communication was very rapid once I placed my order.
Having ordered on the Wednesday, my delivery turned up two days later on the Friday.
From start to finish every aspect of my dealings with the company was first rate. It's a shame I don't purchase coving very often as I would be happy to use Wm. Boyle in every instance. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Coving received was of reasonable quality, though expensive, and postage was also expensive. Some used but for one part of the order decided to use an alternative. As it took a few months to decide, I appreciate that I was outside the refund window, however when I asked whether a partial refund could be considered, and even for return postage to be paid so that they could sell the item again to save it going to waste, they said nothing could be done. As this is not a climate friendly attitude (the coving is quite specific so will be unlikely to find a new home for it), I think a one star to reflect this is reasonable.
