The shirts wer not linen but labelled "polyester and cotton". This scam is as reported by others except the return tracking is now reported as "retained by China Customs & Excise" - a new scam to avoid giving any refund at all I think. I'm not disputing this through Visa at Barclays Bank.

I ordered 2 shirts from them and never received them. They charge for a shipping guarantee but do not insure your packages, therefore you have no recourse for getting your money refunded. They just kept saying for me to contact the post office even though they were the ones that took my money and didn’t purchase insurance with my money.

Like the last comment. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. They have sent me a completely different item. They insist it is the same item as advertised. It is definitely not. I have complained via PayPal. The company has offered me 10% refund which equals £3. I refuse to accept as it is NOT the same item. Do not order from here.

Wish I'd read the reviews before placing an order. Wasted money on an item I've not even received. Apparently my order is in this country at customs that was what I was told 2 weeks ago. Placed order on 10th Oct. Fraudsters don't know how they get away with it

Do not buy any ítem from this company. Poor quality. They send damaged products and when you try to get the refund, they want to mislead you and not give you back the money.

It seems I fell for the scam as well, my story is exactly the same as everybody else’s here. Unscrupulous. I received my second item that I had purchased on the same day and it isn’t big enough to fit a 10 year old, considering I ordered a 2xl that’s a pretty big difference.
The first item arrived unfinished with no stitching, they offered me a 5% then 10% then 20% then 30% refund or to send it back to chine which is apparently very expensive.
Let me reiterate THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, do not purchase anything from it

I registered a case with Paypal and did get all my money back. I would encourage anybody to do the same.

when I started complaining they offered my a 5% refund, I know what a joke. It went up to 30% as I kept complaining, then I decided to complain with Paypal who upheld my case and I got a full refund.

Disgusting fraudulent scam company! I have never dealt with such a joke of a company in all my life. Ordered a hoodie in Large and it was about 3 sizes too small so I emailed asking for a refund or even an exchange for a larger size but I was told they don’t offer refunds or exchanges. I was then told if I kept the item I would receive a 5% refund which worked out around £1.50. After several emails back and forth I kept receiving the same robotic response of I’m sorry your not satisfied, but we do not accept refunds for items that are as you ordered. I was then offered 10% which again is absolutely pointless. For 50% I might have accepted and then given the hoodie which I can’t use to charity but 10% is an absolute joke. I am still awaiting a reply for my proposed compromise of 50%. Do not order from this fraudulent lying Chinese company!!

I'd give them a minus score if possible! Same scam, T-shirts way too small (cost $40). I took them to task and they offered a 10% discount 🤣. After bartering they eventually agreed to a 50% discount which was paid. I reckon the bargaining cost them more than 20 bucks worth of admin.

The cardigan received is extremely poor quality not a knit, it looks nothing like the advert at all in any description. I asked how to return so I can get a refund. Just ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I too wish I read the reviews,. Lost my money and no present for my husband.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. This company is a scam and their products are HORID. wish I had read reviews before I made the stupid decision to buy from them. I was skeptical of their product photos but I ~assumed~ the best. I ordered what looked like a cute black and white striped baggy sweater and what I received was a terrible stretchy spandex/polyester long sleeve shirt that looked like some discount wish.com hamburgler halloween costume. Waste of time and money. Do NOT buy from them.

My comments are the same as everyone else's. I wish I would have read these reviews before I made my purchase. Same story, my items were 3X too small, and was told they don't give refunds. I directed them to their return policy and was offered 10%, then 20%. I told them to keep the money. Just like everyone else stated, this is a scam, DO NOT purchase from these people!

I ordered a MEN’s Harry Potter hoodie as a gift. I ordered a size 5X. U got that one a 5X??? When It came it was a size large at best! I cannot begin to tell you that it was such a joke it’s almost funny. Then I emailed customer support and what did they say?… Did I look at the size chart before I ordered it!! I mean like what the hell. I ordered a 5X! I could have used it as a blanket. I mean it was supposed to be a big size. I like to know what a small size is. Better buy it for your kids Barbie doll cuz that’s who it’s gonna fit lol. I’m so pissed off about this and cannot express enough so please read this and DO NOT order from this place. It’s a scam!! There a rip off and just plain ridiculous. They take your money and then talk to you like u don’t have a brain. They think I’m stupid or something. Fradulent at best. The website goes into detail about their return policy. That was a lot of work considering they don't really have one. If you used their size chart and they sent you the product you ordered, its "your fault" for trusting the information provided was accurate. They will not even entertain a conversation about an exchange or a refund. I ordered a sweatshirt. It is not made out of typical sweatshirt material. Its some sort of shiny plastic. There isn't a tag or label inside so you can see what it is made out of or if it is the actual size that I ordered. Buyer beware. Run and never look back. This company is not to be trusted.

I ordered a dress a while ago for my mums funeral coming up and I wouldn’t have ordered it if it didn’t say it would come on time my mums funeral is now 4 days away and all’s theses people have to say is that they can’t tell me where my dress is and to wait like that’s any good to me if it come after I’ve tried speaking with them Multiple times and no help i then tried to ask about a refund so I can get a new dress and they never got back to me

5xl 49" bust Jacket was more like their 46" 3xl.
So their items are mislabelled even by their
own measurements. And the zip doesn't work.
You think you're getting some England based comp
as it comes up on your uk result pages, but then you contact them after the long wait and find out they're
a China company with English pages and based in China. Not that they state this anywhere. So of course sending stuff back is a non starter so no real refunds. There are UK buying rules, and then there's this 'English' selling pages stuff. Below is their latest replay.

Honestly the worst online shopping experience i’ve had in a long time, i ordered a jumper from them and it finally arrived today, the jumper was too tight and didn’t feel like an XL like what i ordered, so i emailed them for a refund and they kept asking for measurements and product images as they were trying to get me to do an exchange instead of a refund, if it wasn’t for my mum i would’ve fell for it, they then tried giving me a 5% refund which would’ve been 85p, i refused and they changed it to 15%, after going back and fourth with them, they settled on 30%. i accepted because i just didn’t want to argue in fear that it would get worse, even though i’ll only get £5 out of the £17 i spent. in conclusion, don’t order from here, it’s really not worth it

This company is a scam. Although the shirt was labelled as the correct size, it was *many* sizes too small. The returns policy on the website says that "If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees." But when I contacted them, they said that they do not offer refunds if the item is correctly labelled.

I directed them to their refund policy.

They asked me to prove that the item was the wrong size. I sent them a photo of the shirt next to a measuring tape demonstrating this.

From there the interaction deteriorated into Monty Python's Dead Parrot sketch. They said it is common for items to be manufactured with a slightly different size (the item was 15cm smaller, around 3 sizes, than described).

I reiterated their refund policy.

They offered me a 10% refund if I returned the item.

I reiterated their refund policy and asked if this policy was in fact a lie.

They offered to refund me the cost of the item minus postage or a 30% refund to simply stop bothering them. Given that it is now clear to me that the whole operation is just a scam, I opted for the 30% and cut my losses. I will donate the shirt to a charity shop in the hope that it is found by someone with a pencil-thin torso and unnaturally long arms.
