I ordered the rug over the internet which stated 4 weeks for delivery and on its arrival, a week later than stated, It's colour was totally different from the picture. My son emailed their customer service who provided feedback that a 'slight' colour variation was covered in the terms and conditions due to materials and the screen resolution on the mobile phone. I fully accept this due to the ever changing availability of the materials, however, I was surprised at how big the difference in colours was from the photo on the website and the end product. The 'screen resolution' I can also accept to some degree but when I compare a photo from the website and to one I take on the same device, there Is a huge difference. Id like to believe a company such as Morris and Co who charge a premium price for their product would provide a lot better customer service and end product. To be told it's in their terms and conditions and that I would have to pay out of my own pocket to return a product through no fault of our own, instead of finding out more information is substandard.

The rug is good quality, however, it's a shame about the poor customer service and the difference in colour. I would recommend viewing the rug in person prior to purchasing.

Slightly convoluted ordering on website but, once we got the hangar of it, went well. Colours as describes and quality seems good although as yet unused! Texture pleasing. Delivery good, timing and method.

Goes without saying that the product was fabulous but customer service was excellent throughout. Packaging and delivery also great.

I bought a duvet set. It is so beautiful. The quality was exceptional. I feel like I am in a hotel when I wake up each morning.
Communication with the company is slow, but know that you are dealing with real human beings and not some Ai generated machine.

Beautifully made curtains, I ordered 2 pairs of curtains and a single curtain, 5 points for the curtains, but the experience of waiting for the curtains to be delivered, left a lot to be desired. A pair of curtains were missing from the first delivery which was already late, and it took weeks for the workshop to sort out the replacement curtains. That said, when they eventually arrived, they were perfect. The help desk is very helpful but they are also hampered by lack of communication from the workshop.

Lovely product. But absolutely appalling delivery. Purchase was a birthday present, first attempt at delivery ‘got lost’, replacement didn’t get delivered to the requested address. This wasn’t Morris & CO’s direct fault, but they need to sort this out. And I see others have same experience with delivery. Birthday present was therefore much delayed!

I requested two samples of curtain material to check the colour we wanted just before Christmas and these arrived between then and the New Year. They were a decent size and had all the information the people making the curtains needed. I then ordered the fabric on a friday afternoon online and it was delivered on the following monday afternoon. The service all round was excellent and I also was sent a voucher for 20% discount with the samples. I have been a great admirer of William Morris for a long time and although the company is modern in its practices, I feel the service offered would find favour with him.

I received only the color chart, not the fabric samples I ordered!

A direct match between expectation and product.

We ordered some curtains via a local company to be made from morris and co fabric. The material cost £128 per metre so the curtains ended up costing thousands. The local company made them well but the quality of the fabric is very disappointing. They are stiff and hang badly . The drape of the fabrics makes them look cheap and underwhelming. We are very disappointed having previously had beautiful morris and co curtains in a previous house. I understand the company has changed hands in recent years and it seems standards have dropped. William Morris no doubt turning in his grave

Same design name however when it comes to getting colour on sample, you can not find it. Cost!! Vary from £40 per roll to £150.

Lovely design and very good quality border. It was sent very quickly.

Received my order promptly in good condition and well packaged
