Really happy with the clothing, delivery and care.

Wnyna claims easy returns I have sent them 7 emails no response some returned, from the day I received my 3 items, the 3 piece fit well. The shorts with orange blouse was supposed to be XL I couldn’t get the blouse on and the 2 piece blue top fit ok but the pants I could barely get up and could not zipper them They say you must contact within 30 days to get money back need return address and return authorization number I guess this is how they get you. Also tried to chat but no one answered I sent several chats and they only answered me saying not to send so may chats. I can’t believe they are a ripoff!!!! Please don’t buy from them

It is my first purchase and I had some doubts about the service and quality. I bought two items for my wife and she liked them very much, the delivery time was reasonable and the communication from the store to inform about the tracking of the package was very good. I will definitely continue buying.

I liked the fact the company kept me informed of shipping details. 2 sweaters were wonderful and fit perfectly.

I recieved the two sweaters I ordered and neither fit and the quality was poor. There was no company identification on the package, no return labels, no telephone number. I finally found them again on facebook over a month afterwards and they offered to pay me $12.00 per sweater if I returned them or 28.00 if I returned them to INDIA. I got scammed and I can't even wear them.

I liked the quality of the outfit, but the sizing for pants came up a bit small, cannot get the zipp all the way up

This dress is pretty but small fitting. I am not big in the chest and I ordered a medium and it was too tight. Material wrinkles very easily . Tried to return and get a refund and they don’t want to take it back. Seems once they get your money that’s all care about. There clothes look nice but be aware they don’t refund you if you want to return it

Are you kidding me? I ordered a 2 piece pant pant, size S. I first tried on the pants, too small.When I tried to send back the outfit, they didn't want the return but first offered a $5 coupon to purchase another item. After several e-mails and few respones, wnyna first offered me $12 compensation to keep the garment. When that wasn't acceptable, they offered $22. I said give me $40 (i paid $69 +shipping) the best they could do was $25 to keep the item. I settled for the 25. When I then tried on the top, the S was enormous and the quality looked poor. I'd think twice before ordering anything from wnyna. BTW: they're in Dubai and don't care about returning pool quality clothes. They encouraged me not to return the item due to the shipping cost. So now, I'm donating it to GoodWill. A lesson to be learned.

This company will not help you return items. It is a scam. BEWARE!!!! I bought several items that didn't fit. You cannot get in touch with customer service. This is just not right for a company to be able to keep your money. I will return there product so I can get a full refund.

i thought the black dress was a little dressier, but i do like it. I would probably be in between small and medium.

Prompt in getting back to me re: exchange. Easy company to work with.
