Ordered a tap and waste for next day delivery, informed waste out of stock and on back order but under the impression that tap was on the way. Arranged a plumber for Saturday, 3 days later, to fit the tap in order to get our kitchen working again. Tap did not arrive. Contacted company the following Monday who apologised and rearranged delivery. It has now arrived and to be completely fair it appears to have been worth the delay. A really nice looking and beautifully engineered tap complete with hoses. For the money I am not sure it could have been better. Would have been 5 star but for the delay.

We recently purchased our Wodar Design Plus 4 in 1 Aged brass hot tap and we have to say the finish and the quality are absolutely amazing! Considering the Quooker Patinated brass is very similar and well over £2,000 this is a bargain! It gives is hot, cold, instant hot and filter drinking water from a stunning design tap with beautiful knurl features.. Highly recommended!

When looking for hot taps we felt like we stumbled on a little unknown secret with this company! From ordering we got an email to say there was an upgrade in the tap we'd ordered and did we want to wait a month to get it - yes we did, the upgrade looked even better!
We've had the tap installed for a month now (I wanted to use it a bit before reviewing) We bpight the pro flex in brushed brass, the plumber installed it and omg it looks better than I thought. The system works really well and having cups of tea, literally on tap, is the best thing ever! It doesn't spatter like some other makes because it comes out at 98°. I initially wanted a tap that went to 100° but actually, it's not necessary as I've never poured from the kettle whilst it was bubbling!
The design and function of the pro flex is so good and better than any of the well known brands I've seen in show rooms. The replacement filters are affordable and their customer service (shout out to Jonny) is really good too.
Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality, beautifully designed hot water tap.

Recently purchased a boiling tap kit and although the was an issue with delivery ( thanks to DPD) the wodar customer service team were very quick to resolve the matter in a pain free and swift way! So 10/10 for customer care!
The product itself looks incredible and of high quality and super stylish!
The installation is super easy and the instruction dummy proof. So again 10/10 for style, feel and installation.

I can't comment on what i don't know yet ie whether or not the system will last but it feels very much like it should last for many years to come!

We purchased a hot tap in 2021 and although we had some issues I can't complain with how it was dealt with in the end. The response time of customer service was very prompt and professional and we are satisfied with the outcome. This is a growing business and I wish them all the best in the future.

Just had my pro flex 3 in 1 boiling hot water tap fitted and I love it. It’s brushed copper and matches perfectly with my wodar sink. As a company I think wodar is brand name only buying in an off the shelf product and putting their name on it. It's identical to the likes of Fohen and others that litter FB.
The tap arrives in generic unbranded boxes and packaging and doesn't even appear to come from a company bearing the Wodar name.
The tap itself is good quality and I was missing a part that was sent separately and arrived a week later so can't knock the customer service. That said I contacted them again to question if my tap was a Wodar tap because of the aforementioned and this has gone ignored.
The filter and its housing feels cheap and is a brittle plastic that holds no confidence. Indeed mine leaked.
As for boiling water, you will know by now, it is not. To deliver boiling water at 100°c the water needs to be stored under pressure. This is how the likes of Qooker and other true 100°c taps do it and why they cost in excess of £1000. They store at higher temperatures in a pressure vessel to deliver true boiling water.
What you do get is hot water at a temp bareable for a brew if you drink it immediately. It also takes a while to flow through from the boiler and another period of time to stop. You let go of the boiling water tap and it takes a good 4 seconds to actually stop the flow.
Next up is the flow rate. It's really poor and takes a long time to fill up say a pan to cook pasta etc.
My partner comments that she can taste that it been reboiled despite the filter and that fact that it has. The boiler is just like one of those wall mounted ones you get in work place kitchen only it sits under your sink.
The main cold and hot side of things work fine and tap does look good and it does do what it says but having now owned and used one for a while I wouldn't buy one again unless it was a true 100°c tap.
It was also a pain to fit with the instructions not being overly clear and a very cramped space when you have four hose fitting showing into the taps column rather than just the hot and cold.
We got this to hopefully replace the kettle but sadly that's stayed a main feature and is the go to hot water provider despite the £400 dropped on this tap.

Thrilled with my gold 3-in-1 hot tap! It looks amazing and works brilliantly! I had to ring customer service to find out how to work the tap ( easy when you know how!) and I had a very fast response with a video on how to get the boiling function to work. Worked straight away after this and we are thrilled. Great price point , looks stylish and does the job effectively. Highly recommend.

Purchased a new tap and sink from Wodar recently. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Matching brass coloured tap and sink really does set a focal point in my kitchen. Will definitely recommend.

We purchased a Wodar chrome 3 in 1 boiling water tap in January 2023 to replace a unit of another brand which had numerous problems. The unit itself delivers well except for a bit of delayed closing off when you release the boiling water safety lever. This lever unfortunately fell out of the unit and disappeared down the sink only 5 months after having a plumber install the unit for us.
I have contacted Wodar and trust this will be resolved speedily.
Changing of the filter was very straightforward and easy.

We installed at work as an alternative to a water URN for customer coffees etc. Personal service when i had questions, very happy with the p[rice rather than paying for another (expensive) Quooker tap.
