If it wouldn’t happen each and every time I wouldn’t care to comment but sorry guys, have you ever heard of customer service? Truly disappointing experience, almost as if they are making you a favour with the order you end up overpaying anyway. Last time at this place unless you hire some friendly and professional staff fronting customers.

Entire Experience Was Awful

Everything about this meal was disappointing from start to finish. The food quality was extremely low. The coffee was cold and tasted bad, the eggs were way too creamy and unpleasant, and the bread was ice cold.

I also ordered a green juice, but there was nothing green about it at all—it looked and tasted nothing like what was advertised. The teriyaki chicken was terrible as well—dry, flavorless, and barely edible.

The only thing I could actually eat was the waffle, and even that wasn’t anything special. After just a few bites of everything else, I gave up.

Overall, the entire experience was awful, and I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have booked a table for 3 in Klampenborg to have a birthday brunch my my family and could not be so disappointed! We were sit on a table in the middle of the walk way to the kitchen and close to the toilet entrance.
I did ordered a capucino with oat milk and had it with regular milk instead.

My son and I were there for brunch at Hellerup branch around 11.45 today, 15th April. We were so very disappointed with their lousy service. After giving our order, within about15 min we were served with the bread basket with drinks. Then we were waiting for the rest more than half an hour, while the coffee was getting cold. Then have to inform a waitress who was servicing another table. Then she said the kitchen is busy, it will take a while. But nothing came. Then I went up to the cashier's desk and said we are still waiting for our food. Then a waitress said it is on the way and I came to our table. Then after a few minutes, we were served only my son's order and mine was missing. Then I had to go to the cashier's desk again to inform we got only one order but we ordered for 2 people. Then another girl said will check and after another 5-10 min only I was served with the rest. I couldnt enjoy the meal with the hot drink I ordered, as it became ice cold by the time I got my meal. Improve your lousy inefficient service! Not even an apology from their side. Some snobbish young waitresses!!!

The coffe was not good but they also use kontra coffe and it's to bitter, the ryebread was just there and likewise the smoothie and skyr, it was my first and last time

I have to start with this:
My/our experience was probably enhanced by terrible - 1 out of 5 - experience in Caffe, we had left (Mad & Kaffe Amagerbro - Brunch og Cafe, Tyrolsgade, København S).
But lets stick with this review of a very nice experience, especially by the great attitude of the personel at Wulff and Konstali:
They greeted us with smile and let us in even though they were full. We only had to wait for next table to be cleaned.
Our waitress was Azra. She was nothing but kind, and even though, she was somewhat new at the workplace and under the preasure of other duties, she did all and then some to make us feel like VIP guest. She has kind attitude, smile on the lips and in the eye.
Then I need to mention Andreas. Tall, robust gentleman with full beard and confident but service oriented attitude. He was in the charge of the service.
Then food - it was spectacular. Well balanced dishes, taste fresh and "lækkert", look awesome, pastry like from your grandmother. Nothing tasted artificial or boring. I, we (me and my pregnant girlfriend) could tell, they care for every aspect, they really do. Last, but not least, price for the whole experience is 10 out of 10.
We will come back and we will tell everyone to visit this place as well.
