Products never arrived emails never responded
Products never arrived, emails never responded to, shipping constantly left on waiting to be dispatched despite paying for next day delivery it's been 11 days.
I noticed on the website that they're one day lightning flash sale has been going on for more than 11 days as well so I'm wondering if the website is inactive.
I went to their social media where there was a post about a face serum but it didn't look like one of their product as it had none of their logo and it wasn't stylized like all the other social media.
Wondering if the company has closed or it has been taken over. Either way if that has happened this shop should not be open for people to make purchases on.
I tried the main email (hello@) which bounced back so then I tried their customer care email which I have tried four times and had no response from.
I really love wolfman products and finally mine ran out so for the first time I bought them online. Last time I bought wolfman products was on the High Street and I bought quite a few and I've absolutely loved them which was why I bought them on the website.
Refund because I'm pretty sure I paid by card as PayPal wasn't an option.
