On the Positive, it arrived quickly however it was as if a whole roll of Sellotape or packaging tape have been used so not great trying to open.
Having bought from the shops before but not for awhile was very disappointed. The quality doesn’t seem as good as it used to be. In the days when returns are so much easier now being charged £4.95 and having to take it to a specific vacation means I will not be utilising this service ever again.

Excellent clothes and service. Surprised to see the poor reviews, I have found the quality and fit of the clothes to be great. Sale prices make them great value. Very quick delivery and excellent customer service regarding refunds etc. Shame the store is no longer in Soho.

I bought some trouser twice! The first pair had a fastener come loose but I liked the fit I sent them back. I then ridiculously bought the trousers again and the fastener was loose again! I’m not sure if they sent me the same pair back to me but as the metal fastening came loose this morning after putting them on for the first time and I naively threw out the delivery pack and return form back a couple of days ago ancut the label out this morning

I blame myself in part for buying the same low quality trousers. However pretty shocking that a company with a royal mark makes either a) low quality stuff and b) sends the same faulty trousers out

Frustrating buying experience - took many attempts to process an order (could be the bank, not sure) clothes look nice though! When. they arrived, quality was very good, fit was good and overall was worth the effort

Received the wrong size hooded jacket, but speed and professional response made up for the issue. I get what some say about no phone number as the issue could have been explained and resolved quicker, but only a minor gripe. Quality of clothes exceptional

Received a heavily stained pre- worn jumper. Emailed customer service twice but no reply as yet. Shoddy service and goods. Will never buy from again

My order has not arrived, emailed their customer services almost daily - no reply. No contact number. Now raising it with trading standards - avoid them or at least do not shop online. Just awful.

Customer services simply ignore all enquiries. I am unable to establish communication with them. I like the style of some of their clothes.

have shopped with them for a few years, not cheap but the styling, cut and quality is usually well worth the price tag, and I've recommended to friends. However, I bought three pairs of their wool socks in January and all of them are almost worn through already! Ive had some Boden ones for years and they're still going strong. At £5 for a pair of socks they should be better than this....

A couple of orders received just fine. Good clothing and 'sale' prices attractive.

Latest order of 5 items was returned for credit and exchange. After 3 weeks I have had neither and no response to emails. There appears to be no published 'phone contact number - so what to do now?? Not what is expected from a famous name so best avoided if only for the atrocious customer service

Incredible clothing, looks great, price is higher but well worth every penny, Good cuts, nice fabrics and a great bit of history to boot, authentic and rugged....like me.
