Wolverson’s website clearly explained the various types of kettlebell and I’m pleased with my purchase.
Their website offered a discount on the first order, which didn’t materialise. I mentioned this when they emailed me for feedback but after nine days I’ve had no response.

The process was easy, communication was good and the product is excellent.

A great example of a British small business producing vey high quality products at the right price with superb service.

Order some additional Olympic plates, they turned up warped and don’t sit flush together on the bar. I’ve reached out countless times to Wolverson with zero response or help. Awful, non existent customer service. Myself and a couple of friends are kitting out their gyms as we speak and we will ALL go elsewhere now. Advice to Wolverson: it’s hard to build a good reputation but very fast to ruin one!

Subtracting a star as the telephone communication I initiated was great but electronic communication, not so much!
1. No reply at all to query submitted via web form before purchase
2. 10% off for first custom for signing up to newsletter doesn't work.

I bought a preacher curl add on for my existing weight bench. I initially contacted them to check the size to make sure it fits and had a prompt reply. I had some reservations as the price seemed alot cheaper than others I've looked at. It arrived quickly, it fitted my bench perfectly and the quality vs the price was excellent. Really pleased

I have had good experiences with Wolverson for several years and on this occasion an order went missing due to a delivery issue - thanks to Paige from customer services who quickly sorted out the issue and resolved the problem. The GS 12kg concerned is a great kettlebell and is a versatile design which I find is great for general use/training not just competitions - it racks comfortably and is very well balanced in use. Highly recommended.
