Excellent experience.
I made the mistake of trying to order Tamiya Extra Thin Cement from Amazon UK from another company. After almost a week of waiting all I revived was an empty Jiffy bag inside a royal mail plastic bag. It seems the 2 pots I ordered were smashed due to lack of pagaging. After getting a refund I was looking for another Tamiya stockist and stumbled on WM, I was really happy to find that they also stocked other Tamiya products that I really wanted also. I placed an order for £71 worth on a Sunday Night and they came the following Wednesday, well packaged and all in perfect condition. I am really happy with my experience of ordering and I'm happy to recommend them. My only small gripe is that they don't seem to stock the Tamiya Airbrush Cleaner.

Customer Service following a botched delivery.
It was a joke - obviously once they’ve sold the product job done.
The item was left in a black waste bin. Wonderland models are not at all concerned about this.

I just wanted to leave a comment for Steve, I came to ask for a radio control car, I didn't want to spend a lot of money since what I'm going to use it for is possible that it will break soon, this worker was very attentive, he tried to explain everything to me, he recommended me to do some things with the one I already had, finally I went home and after watching a couple of videos on you tube I bought another car online with a speed of 75km/h (too much for me but close to what I was looking for in size) today I went back to the store to ask how to straighten one of the wheels that was deviated and Steve has attended me again, It's a pleasure to walk into a store and have someone serve you with such a positive attitude and always wanting to help the customer. Thank you very much Steve!

After some of the 1 star reviews of the site I was concerned my purchase would not be in stock and that it would not turn up within the intended delivery dates. After talking to them directly about my concerns they went above and beyond to ensure that I received my order in time. Thanks for everything!

I went to order a Ferrari model car however, it was no longer available. I was informed promptly of this by the company and offered alternatives. As I was only looking for one type of model, they then assured that I would not lose any money.

The communication was professional, prompt and informative.

Amazing company fast delivery and always has stock when others don't, I've ordered a few times now mostly paint kawasaki green 6 tins in total now and each time they have arrived super fast and very well packed, unlike other shops who take your money and don't even Inform you they don't have the stock, so your sat waiting wondering where the hell it is. Thanks wonderland model's keep up the good work 👍

For a first experience using this company, their service outshone a lot of their competitors in terms of service speed and efficiency, delivery timeliness, and packaging. I chose to take a chance and use them, despite the reviews I'd seen on Trustpilot, as they stock some products my local shop does not. I created my order on the 25th of September, just before 11:00 a.m., and received multiple emails informing me my order had been processed and shipped within that same day. I received it by 1:00 p.m. on the 26th, despite selecting the 2-5 business days DPD delivery option. I was let down a little, unsure whose fault, in that I did not receive a tracking number for my parcel that I was informed DPD would email me. The only reason I left this comment was that I was just about to go out when it arrived, and I nearly missed my delivery by a few minutes. The tracking would have been helpful in preventing that situation entirely.

To summarise my review, they seem to be a good company, much better than the reviews would have you believe, and I am looking forward to ordering from them again.

A vast array of Papo figures available for decent prices. Bought a few and they were delivered the next day at exactly the time the courier stated. I’d also had multiple communication emails to inform me of my order and then the changing order status for being shipped. The figures were also packaged well. Thank you, really appreciate the extremely quick delivery.

Just to balance some of the negative reviews. I've been ordering regularly since January and their service has been prompt and goods have been fine. Recently I had to exchange 'wishlist' presents that had been ordered in error by my daughter for my birthday. The exchange was ultra efficient, courteous and prompt.

I bought some caps from them recently. None of them worked but I chalked it down to experience. Caps can degrade with time and I assumed it was just a faulty couple of packs so I took no action.

However... I'm now aware that multiple people that have bought dud caps from them and have highlighted it. Yet still they keep selling them!

We recenty purchased 5 packs monte carlo caps for our LRP game, we have used this brand sucessfull in a variety or cap guns for nearly 10 years.

None of the supplied caps worked, all duds. When we reported this back to them they said it was because we didnt use the specifc cap gun they were made for which as i said above is tottal rubbish. They said they would only offer us a refund on unopened packs but as i had tried a couple from each pack to see if it was just a couple of dud packs i had none "unopened".

There response to this and when i offered to return all the packs and duds was just to repeat themselves.

Dont buy from here, they have no standards

Be very careful being ordering from this company as they will not return any postage if you cancel your order even if the product is not fit for purpose.

Yesterday I bought a Kawasaki Ninja H2R model thinking it was in stock and I was excited for it to come to my house but disaster struck when I got a message today saying they had cancelled my order as it wasn’t in stock in the first place which I think would’ve been helpful if they had just said it was out of stock, I am awaiting my money back soon to hopefully purchase another one

Quick turn around, ordered Sunday night 19.3.23 arrived
Tuesday 2 days later, would and will buy from again Thank you .

Great selection of all sorts of products for the model enthusiasts. I had trouble sourcing a few paints etc other companies that had the stuff I was after would not send to Northern Ireland. I placed my order with wonderland Models and it arrived promptly within a few days. Will be using again.

over priced. However they did price match it item when i ask them two.
