Het is echt rampzalig hoe ze met klachten of opmerkingen om gaan. Het doet ze helemaal niks of het is iemands anders fout maar nooit die van hun hoor bizar! Het is duidelijk dat ze de enige zijn die sociale huur bieden anders waren ze al lang niet meer zo hoog van zichzelf. Ik hoop echt dat hier verandering in gaat komen maar goed daar moeten ze wel wat voor doen…
Slecht!!! afspraken niet nakomen, wel rap met de huur maar teveel betaald geld teruggeven HOOO MAAR daar kan je lang op wachten en krijg je ook nog even administratiekosten bovenop.. waardeloos bedrijf, snap niet dat ze hun niet onder toezicht hebben gehouden want toen ging het een stuk beter.
Hoe kan t dat dit bedrijf niet meer onder toezicht staat?
Werkelijk niks dat ze beloven komen ze na, liegen glashard aan de telefoon en zelfs recht in je gezicht en financieel prutsen ze ook maar wat aan. T doet ze he-le-maal niks, liefst wijzen ze naar een ander terwijl de fout duidelijk bij hun ligt. Dat je niet bij een ander terecht kan om te huren weten deze mensen in ieder geval heel goed gebruik van te maken.
