Not updating regularly even I ordered.
A lot of famous and useful themes and plugins like Aveda, the7, etc not included
I Had a lifetime account but made me buy themeprice.com account

People say plugins are outdated. Some of them have dropped from being updated however the majority are updated, they just take a little time to come through.

The owner clearly states no support. You pay your money and take your chances.

After paying for the lifetime membership, I cannot get any support. There is no way to contact them and they don't respond to social media. Complete waste and the plugins they provide don't have licenses and cannot be updated.

SCAM: No files!

All files are missing! I literally couldn't find one plugin which I could have downloaded and I ordered the lifetime membership.
Don't waste your money.

what to say about woocrack, there is no word back then pathetic. as the name says everything is crack.i have faced many issue using there plugins, i don't know which site to recommend but i was reading previous post and someone suggested themeprice.com , i too used it and overall i can say it has a far better service then all other website and maximum of the product work. I have gone through gplreal.com too as this there products are good too. so in my opinion this 2 are the best woocrack alternative.

No support, plugins & themes are outdated.

Don't buy on this website it doesn't work... iJust bought elementor pro Plugin for $5. But they don't provide a license key so my purchase is useless. Wasted $5 as a lot of people.

I have used woocrack membership for 11 days and it was the pathetic time as mostly plugins or themes didn’t worked. And the auto updates feature didn’t worked, I have checked themeprice.com which is far better as they provided me automatic updates of flatsome and key for content egg pro and keys are available at product page only. I liked it and I recommend checking it . Buy from anywhere but don’t buy from woocrack.

Didn't give me the license key

Honestly It used to be great membership. But recently, they only have old themes and plugin collection. Who on the earth offering premium membership dont offer slider revolution and woodmart theme. So please check before you take membership. Most popular Flatsome theme wasn't been updated for more than 6 months. Many requests to new and popular themes are not taken care of. The offered theme catalog is very bad. Atleast themeforest top 10 woocommerce themes and wordpress themes should be included if someone offers premium memberships.

I bought lifetime membership and they banned me without refund

I never got any problem with plugins from this site. Ok, no support but what do you expect for USD 5 they would support their whole directory.

Do not download from Woocrack.

They infected my website(s) with Malware. When I check my website through sucuri site checker, about three to four pages were infected.

Their plugins contain adwares. When someone clicks on your website, it redirects them to another page.

They make money by charging users to download plugins and they also make money illegally by installing malicious codes in the plugins.

The owners of Woocrack do not respond to questions on Facebook meanwhile, they post on their pages frequently.

They have a lot of useful and updated apps but I won't be using them again. I wish I could get a refund but it's past 3 months already.

I recommend. I asked 3x times for new version and it was updated in few hours. Really good website.

Stay away from this website. Only old plugins. The administrator takes 1 month to update 1 plugin. The service is HORRIBLE !!

My website was hacked, I think there was a malware exploit inside a plugin.

The only thing that I have gained with this website are strong headaches, as well as impotence when not being able to update.

When you contact the administrator, it does not respond, and if it responds it takes more than 1 month for reply.

When you ask for a new plugin, your orders are NEVER ATTENDED.There are never new plugins

When you request an URGENT update, the update takes more than 1 month!

It seems that he takes plugins from other websites, because he is always the last to update.

This website is a disgrace !! and his administrator the worst I've ever known.

Tip: Pay with paypal, if he don't comply with the plugin updates, just ask your money back to paypal. But do it before 3 months so you can recover your money.

Dowloaded a wordpress plugin. It works like a chime.

Nice place to download plugins..if you can't afford the real version

Dont ever buy a plugin/theme from here. They dont update the plugins for weeks and you cant get hold of them. Also they have a very poor customer service/response. They seem to be extremely active on social media but cant get back to customers or update their plugins in time

Really a great membership with great collection plugins, and easy to work. Almost no limits for creating nice wordpress website.
