False advertising and no staff
We did not see a single hotel staff person - not even at the front desk - the entire 24 hours we were there. Our key was left in a basket at the counter and that’s how we checked in. The room was advertised as a “Queen room” but it was tiny, dingy and the bed was a full not a queen. The mattress was concave and so springy that we quite literally did not sleep. We left the next day, despite having a second night paid for, because we couldn’t stay in that bed another night and we couldn’t find a single hotel staff person to help us change rooms. I even called the hotel
Phone number and it went straight to voicemail. We booked two nights and only stayed one night, and we paid $250 per night. I explained this to the owner and he refused to refund us for the night we didn’t stay, despite the fact the room was falsely advertised and there were no hotel staff present at the property. Do not stay here.
