This firm is the most slow and unprofessional solicitors firm I have come across since my many years dealing with solicitors. Lack of staff, you will get treated liked rubbish and something that solicitors are meant to do as part of their duty is call their clients back which trust me will NEVER happen with this firm. NEVER expect work to be done on time and if you want to do most of the work yourself then instruct them for your legal stuff.
