I bought Woodies brand magnolia washable paint and white paint in a sale.
I thought paint was paint, it was a good price and Woodies is a big brand.
Over the years I have made some DIY cockups but this is not of my doing!
After 3 generous coats on ceiling and walls, polyfilla still showing through.

TO SAY I'M DISGUSTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!

Traveled to woodies bray as said on their website item I wanted was in stock, got there and told no we don’t have it, what’s the point in website if it’s giving the wrong information, 2 stars are for the nice staff

I was approached in the paint aisle of Woodies Coolock by a really nice member of staff to ask if I needed help. The staff members name was Bernadette. She gave me great advise on the type of paint I needed for my house paint project and what special offers were on. She then brought all the paint up to the cash register for me and got another member of staff to bring it out to my car. Honestly was delighted with the service I received. Bernadette was so friendly and knowledgeable. I am thrilled with the colour she helped me choose.

Good greeting. Floor staff very helpful. I had no trolley, but one staff member carried the first of my purchases to the check out to hold for me until I had completed. Well done Woodies. I will certainly be returning.

Ryan in Woodies Cavan was an absolute star today! Their outdoor garden area is temporarily closed due to refurbishment at the moment but that didn’t stop Ryan from helping me choose the perfect ornamental garden pebbles. He went out several times to advise what options were available, without any pressure to purchase. He personally got three bags of perfect stones for me, put them through the checkout and delivered to my car boot! Exceptional customer service, and very knowledgeable, kind and great guy to talk to. We need more Ryan’s in this world! Thank you.

Just traveled to woodies Dundalk. Was looking for clips to mount a mirror. Section was blocked of due to a staff member place new stock on shelf. I asked manager could I enter the section to find what I wanted. Was told I could not due to health and safety. The world stops for a few boxes on the floor. How do supermarkets cope with boxes on the floor when restocking. Was of a 30 min travel get your act together Woodies. Give a man a Hi Vis jacket and the power rush!!!!!!

The item you delivered arrived with a damaged package, and I can clearly see the contents from the outside.

After the delivery driver started banging on my door, he began banging on my neighbor’s door in 30 seconds at 9:30 am I opened the door in a panic, feeling like I was having a heart attack while rushing down the stairs.in case !door has door bell ! Yes, I opened my BBQ box, and there were no screws inside. From the look of the box, it was clear that something was not going to go right.there is bistro table but no chairs!
The only positive aspect of this entire negative experience is that the customer representatives tried to help.

Hi I got a key cut today when I got home it didn't work so rang and asked to speak to manager she said yes I would get another one cut or a refund I live more than 25 mins drive from Blackpool store where I got key so I told manager it's going to cost me time and money to return to the store and wanted a voucher as compensation she told me no I wouldn't be getting anything terrible customer service

Went to the Cavan Store today & Killian was so helpful, made the shopping experience so much easier & didn't waste time debating whether to buy or not as Killian knew his stuff there was no question about that. Thank you again to Killian who made our shopping experience enjoyable

Bought an item last month online. Woodies had to arrange a collection as they didn't pack a receipt/invoice to return and now even though Fastway has picked the item up I'm still waiting for my refund. Courier never gave me anything to prove they had collected the item so I'll probably not even receive my refund. Never again.

After the last interaction with customer services which was very bad you will my earlier review,I had to say had a very satisfying interaction this time they took back my chainsaw which had a problem under warranty no question asked and fixed the problem and had saw back within 2 weeks

Would highly recommend it's top quality n value for your money. Great customer care and go above and beyond. Honestly including the delivery cost to sunshine coast it was so much cheaper then buying the timber with out delivery here on the sunshine coast what was gonna cost me close on 2000 dollars cost me 1600 with extra timber n including delivery to my front door. And to all those people that use woodies lumber yard pl, start giving reviews as they do deserve and also allows other people to know that they are a legit bussiness!

Fantastic customer service from Woodies Tullamore. I bought Johnstones paint which turned out to be an absolute disaster. I called woodies and spoke to Simon who couldn't have been more helpful and professional. He took my problem seriously and immediately began to rectify the issue. He called me back when he said he would and offered to exchange it for another brand. I called in yesterday and spoke with two ladies, Sarah and Mary, who were absolutely amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable and exchanged it without issue. I've been a long time customer of this branch and have always found the staff excellent, I've never had reason to complain before until now and I'm extremely impressed with how I was dealt with. Thanks to all the staff in Woodies Tullamore for your outstanding customer service.

Ridiculously slow delivery. I ordered 8 days ago and it’s still not dispatched. They didn’t tell me this either . If I knew that I obviously wouldn’t have ordered. My temu order from China will be here quicker than a woodies order

Tracy in Woodies Waterford is fantastic . On two occasions now she has given fantastic service to myself and my 86 year old Mam . Nothing is too much trouble and Tracy goes above and beyond to assist . As a retail manager myself I would have Tracy working for me any day as the excellent consistent customer service she offers is second to none !

Where do I begin. Your stock availability on the website is inaccurate. Went to 2 stores that showed availability of a product and when I got there, there was no stock. Ordered online on Saturday, still waiting for delivery on Friday. The item is just going to Dublin from Dublin. Meanwhile, I got documents delivered to me from the USA on Monday evening (Irish time) and they arrived in Dublin on Thursday lunch time (Irish time). Woodies can't even manage a delivery in the same county. Told the customer rep. of the issue with the stock availability on their site, days later the issue has not been resolved. It's little wonder Woodies is losing profits. They have no chance the way they operate. Also, I bought the same product from a tiny store in Cork on Wednesday night (online) and on Friday I received a courier notification that product will be delivered that day. Woodies, cop on!!

Terrible customer service in Limerick at the checkouts this afternoon. One girl at the ‘service help desk’ couldn’t have been more unhelpful. And another at the till left me standing waiting while she counted money and gave out to another worker. One gentleman on the floor was very helpful in the decorating section.

They won’t answer the phone on any line!
Line 2, 3, 5 all departments ring out and no body answers ??

I’ve left it 20 mins since the last time I’ve called and I called again to only get the same no answer..

I’m trying to place an Order for a K4 Power Washer which is obviously a decent sale for any Tuesday afternoon customer.

I’ll be taking my business elsewhere given the lack in customer service, when your website says your open you should be open to take a call.. just unacceptable from the likes of a Business such as Woodies

Ash vac arrived soaked and battered, with a massive dent in the steel body.
It's now I discover the only contact method is a message request form.

Dreadful customer service. No one available to help when I asked at customer service desk the person told me I'd have to wait awhile as they are short staffed. We left without purchasing what we needed and went to B&Q. Customer service is 100% there. Got the advice we needed and made a purchase. Great store. Great stock and lovely friendly staff.
