We're sorry to hear that there seems to be an issue with your order. In your email inquiry, you first mentioned that the parcel never arrived despite the POD on the Fedex website which clearly shows the correct address/house. Once you located the missing order, you advised us that the order is not complete and that you received only the infinity stand and mentioned no signs of damage/opening on your parcel.
We always check the contents of each order before packaging and shipping them out in order to ensure that every parcel contains exactly what is ordered. The packages are then weighed by Fedex in order to confirm the contents of the package. Based on your email inquiry, the item which was missing from the package was the Magic Crystal which is about 90% of the parcel's total weight. The package could not have been sent without the main item and without anyone noticing since the parcels are always checked and measured on multiple occasions prior shipping. 😊

I am not happy with the result of the magic crystal. The photos were cut weirdly. Better decisions could have been made for choosing what photo to place considering the lines that would cut it or where the photo was going to be placed. Some photos look weird and could have been placed elsewhere (swapped). Also, the stickers/photos were not placed with precision. I can see the space of the wood or the line that is not straight but a bit diagonal and this makes the photo not be well aligned. The item is not cheap and the result could be better. I would have happily waited more time to receive it than to spend 50 pounds on it and be unhappy with it. A gift that doesn’t look as pretty as it is advertised. I won’t be ordering again. I sent my comments and photos to the company and it was rejected.
Update after receiving a reply from the company here:
The person's birthday has passed (this was mentioned in my emails). Furthermore, the situation was already reviewed and as mentioned above, it was rejected. The product is a great idea and looks neat, but taking more time to check where the photos are placed could result in more satisfied customers. The damage is done and I won't reach out again or come back to purchase again.

The photos are starting to detach from the wood.

Non matching photo halves
I ordered 2 products, the magic tree photo albums. The despatch was quick however i did have to pay an extra 22 euros on an order for 75 euros total in customs and handling fees. Their website says this may happen but the amount was way more than i expected. The products were the worst problem though as the photo on the top and bottom of the tree (same photo) were made in black and white at one end and colour at the other despite me only uploading 1 colour copy. This now means that as you put the two ends together as the tree is designed to do, you get half black and white and half colour. It looks ridiculous and rather than winning my girlfriend back it will make her think I’m an idiot!! The customer service said its impossible to match these photos, which ridiculous as the photos were only ever uploaded in colour. It appears that they are unwilling to refund and i do not want a replacement as the general quality is very poor. Currently no offer of refund or replacement in any case. Shady company in my opinion. Avoid!
And the reply is a joke. Who would order a product where the photos fit together in a clever manner but one half is colour and the other half is black and white! They look ridiculous and the website does not show this because if it did nobody would order ever. It was clearly manufacturing error but the company will not admit this. Complete scam and waste of 100 euros.

The additional fee you were asked to pay upon delivery of the parcel was the customs fee which we do not charge upon order placement. This tax is processed and charged by the recipients' customs and we have no way of knowing its cost nor do we profit from it. On each product page and the shipping tab on our website, we have stated that the customs fee sometimes may apply and advise our customers to check the local legislation in order to avoid surprises. All our Cubes are handmade in Serbia and shipped worldwide which is why we have stated this on multiple pages on our website. 😊
We replied to your inquiry that your order was manufactured correctly and without any issues. We have explained that the circular photos are shown on two occasions (sequences), once in different coloured halves and once normally, fully coloured and black/white on different sides of the product.
We are sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with how your Magic Tree turned out but we hope that you understand that your personalised gift was created correctly and that the the circular photo is shown both fully coloured and black/white and different sequences of the Magic Tree's motions. 😊

One of the worst online shopping experiences ever
I ordered a magic prisma on December 8th. After a two weeks went buy, I hadn't gotten an email that the order was shipped. Not terrible since it was the Christmas season, but it does say you'll hear from them in like 3 business days. So I reached out via email to ask them about my order's progress. I've heard nothing. I've tried their site portal and got no response. I've tried Facebook and Instagram and have gotten nothing. It's been almost 4 weeks and at this point, I'm just thinking I've gotten scammed or the company has gone under. I was hoping I would have a nice birthday present for my husband by now, but guess I'll have to scramble for something else last minute. Only order from here if you would like your money to go into a void and nothing comes back.

The parcel was handed over to Fedex and, after an inquiry had been made regarding your parcel's whereabouts, we were advised that it was lost in their warehouse. Please note that this information was not disclosed to us before we made the inquiry with Fedex, otherwise we would have worked on finding a solution to this issue much sooner!

Customer service Ghosted me.
Upon receiving my Magic Prisma, I noticed that the pictures were arranged in a way that was unacceptable. I immediately reached out to their customer service. They offered to redo the item with my specifications, if I agreed to pay shipping. I agreed. Then they ghosted me. It has been 3 weeks with no further communication. They have not answered any emails. They have not sent me a new Magic Prisma as promised.

Fantastic company
I ordered a mini album key ring from Woodili which was absolutely fantastic. The company were extremely helpful and efficient. I had forgotten to upload my photos so Luka contacted me to remind me. Very disappointed in the product and…
Very disappointed in the product and emailed several times with no response. Several of the pictures are sliced down the middle of my face. One splits in the middle of my eye the other my lip and another my nose. They took no consideration of photo placement. If they would have sent me a proof I would have told them to crop picture differently so that my facial features weren’t cut between two cubes.

Phenomenal Gift!
My cubili was made and shipped quickly. It is a high quality product. My wife absolutely loves it and her friend plans to purchase one for her father. The cubili looks really nice, is easy to use, and is easy to transport.
My only note for improvement would be to have the company specify which vertical picture will be the large one and which other two vertical pictures will appear on the sides. If that was listed somewhere and I missed it then that is on me, but I don't remember it being apparent. That being said, this is still a phenomenal product and I am absolutely thrilled with it!

Good order process but poor quality
Ordering was simple, and delivery was rather speedy. However the quality of the item is lower than is depicted on the Instagram ads they constantly serve me - literally printed paper photos stuck onto the wooden blocks… I’m worried about the paper peeling.
Given the quality, these items are hugely overpriced. I thought the photos would have been printed onto the blocks somehow.
