Woodlandsfurniture Reviews

Lovely people. Excellent service. Good value

Very happy with the bedroom set I bought my daughter. Well constructed and the chance to personalise aspects was especially welcome. Great product and service thank you. Quicker than expected delivery too!

Just brilliant service from ordering to delivery. Cannot thank Woodlands enough for the fabulous wardrobe. It really enhances an already gorgeous bedroom.

Furniture is exactly as described, really good quality. A member of staff contacted me to confirm the order and make sure it was as I wanted. Delivery was arranged for the exact day I requested and brought it into my room and assembled for me. Would order from here again

Great wardrobe at a good price. Delivery was on time and wardrobe put together quickly as arranged. Everyone very helpful. Thank you!

First time using this company. Excellent customer service, kept me informed about my order. I ordered a Baltic 2 drawer wardrobe. Quality crafted and looks great alongside my existing old pine furniture. Two very polite and friendly couriers delivered and assembled the wardrobe. Would recommend.

The furniture looks beautiful, and feels very good quality
The ordering process and delivery went very smoothly.
We are very pleased and will recommend.

From order to delivery, I was kept informed. I placed order and they called the next day to confirm. They suggested it would be 3 to 4 weeks. It was only 10 days.
I was advised every step of the way and even the names of the people delivering and putting together. They were extremely polite and respectful.
To top it all the wardrobe is gorgeous. Great value for money and great service. I will definitely use again. Thank you.

Well made quality furniture for price point.
Friendly helpful staff.

After viewing online we visited the showroom area to see the furniture in real life before ordering. We received great advice and assistance and ordered a 3 door, 6 drawer Cambridge wardrobe. A delayed delivery date was arranged at our request. Great communication, delivery was when they said it would be, we paid for assembly which was quick and tidy. The wardrobe feels substantial and sturdy and the paint finish is nice.

If you require well made, solid, stylish and made to order furniture at a very competitive price then you will get no better than Woodlands Furniture.

The customer service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble. Special mention must be made to Shammy and Maj. Shammy who dealt with my initial order and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Both he and Maj really made the whole experience smooth and stress free even after an item unfortunately was chipped in transit. It was taken back and completely remade and returned to me extremely quickly.

I have nothing but praise for this company and their staff and unreservedly recommend them as one of, if not the best company I have ever purchased from.

My delivery arrived and the wardrobe was assembled by two helpful staff, on completion I inspected tge unit and I am very pleased with the look and build quality, unfortunately a few days later I moved it to another part of bedroom and scratched it, I contacted Woodlands and they couldn't of be more helpful and set out a pot of touch up paint at no charge.
Great wardrobe, delivery staff and after sales department and would recommend to family and friends

Fantastic company with really great customer service. I had a slight issue with my order and mentioned to them they were very apologetic and sent a team out to rectify which was really a small issue. I'm really happy with my purchase and have been recommending to others. I'd definitely purchase from them again

The wardrobes are lovely and very solid and sturdy. The delivery drivers were quick and efficient.

This was my second order with Woodlands which probably speaks volumes. Finding good quality wardrobes at this price these days is not easy but Woodlands have got it spot on. They matched a wardrobe that they made for me a few years ago and the delivery guys were brilliant, really careful and efficient. Brilliant service again- thank you!

Very happy, good quality furniture at a realistic price. Communication is good and delivery was quicker than originally promised.

Really pleased and would thoroughly recommend. Quality and price is brilliant.

Excellent service, great communication, careful delivery to the room. I would definitely use them again

From start to finish the customer service was outstanding and the products are great I would highly recommend
